Nicole has worked with The Smile Design Center since 1996. Nicole began her dental career over 25 years ago as a registered dental assistant. Her current role is that of front office manager. She enjoys helping and interacting with patients in all phases of their dental care. While away from the office Nicole loves to travel, going to concerts and kayaking. She values quality time at home in Middle River with her husband Jon and their son Noah.

Vicki and The Smile Design Center have worked together since 1996. Vicki is passionate about dental health and spends a lot of time with patients to educate and encourage them to maintain good periodontal health. She is also our whitening expert. While not in the office brightening her patients smiles she enjoys riding her horses with her grown daughter and grandson Keirnan. Vicki and her husband reside in Carroll County.

Kelli has been in the dental field for over 13 years. 10 of which has been spent with The Smile Design Center. Kelli studied at The Medix school and interned at University of Maryland Dental School. She stays current with continuing dental education classes- a commitment she takes seriously to helping patients maintain their dental health. While away from the office Kelli enjoys playing pool and traveling to Delaware beaches to visit family. Kelli and her long time boyfriend have a home in Parkville with their dog Brasco.

Upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Dr. Myron Kellner earned his Doctor of Dental Science Degree from the New York University, College of Dentistry. He entered private practice in 1971, after serving two years at the U.S. Naval Training Center.

Staying in the forefront of his field has always been a high priority for Dr. Kellner. In recognition of having completed over 2,000 hours of advanced training, he achieved a fellowship and mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry. Additionally, he completed a 350-hour comprehensive program in implant dentistry at Howard University, as well as eight levels at the L.D. Pankey Institute: one of the worlds most advanced educational programs for dentists. In 2014 Dr. Kellner was elected a Fellow of The Pierre Fauchard Academy.

After completing two years of study at the New York Institute (now known as the Rosenthal Institute) for Advanced Studies in Dental Aesthetics, Dr. Kellner joined the Institutes teaching faculty. He also was chosen by his peers as one of Americas Top Dentists.

Dr. Kellner has dedicated his practice to informing and educating his patients about conservative cosmetic dental techniques that will have a positive impact on their appearance and self-confidence. A consummate professional, he is always responsive to his patients needs and concerns, and is firmly committed to providing excellent dental care in a non-threatening and comfortable manner.

Always at the forefront of advances in dentistry, he has introduced techniques such as the use of electronic anesthesia, microabrasion, conscious sedation and tooth whitening. Additionally, he has demonstrated various procedures on local news programs and was the featured dentist on Baltimores Dramatic Makeover.

His dedication to the advancement of dentistry is especially evident in his participation and leadership in both local and national dental organizations. A past president of the Maryland Academy of General Dentistry, he is an active member in the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American College of Dentists and the L.D. Pankey Alumni.

Dr. Yehuda Lehrfield received his undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Science from Touro College in New York and graduated University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2018. He completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency and received his certificate in Advanced General Dentistry from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2019. He has taken many continuing education courses, is Laser Dentistry and Invisalign certified, and participates in a number of study clubs since receiving his DDS degree.

Dr. Lehrfields primary focus is patient comfort and happiness. He loves restoring beautiful smiles to his patients. He has an interest in all aspects of dentistry including restorative and cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics. Dr. Lehrfields easy-going personality makes him well-liked by his patients. Dr. Lehrfield resides in Baltimore, MD. where he enjoys biking, hiking, and spending time with his wife, Malki, and their 6 children.
