Beautiful office, fantastic staff, amazing doctor! Dr. Jason Lee is not only funny, but really does a great job taking care of his patients. He does a thorough exam and explains every aspect of your treatment. You feel like part of his family every time you visit the office. I highly recommend Dr. Jason Lee.

Wonderful experience with The Smile Company. Dr. Jason Lee was wonderful and he took enough time to go over the diagnosis clearly, and the staff was very helpful and kind, especially Brittany.

The staff here is very friendly and professional. It took me a lot of searching to find a good dentist in the south bay. I chose this dentist because the office is modern, clean, has up-to-date equipment and an amazing dentist. Dr. Lee is very experienced and makes cleaning appointments stress-free.

Whole place was shiny, very clean and comfortable. Reception was great and polite. I asked about estimated cost before treatment and they were very transparent , they even printed out a sheet for my reference. Dr Lee and the hygienist were very professional and worked in harmony, they would talk about the things they will do to get me prepared and ready. Intermittently asking if I was ok, and if I needed a break. Cavity filling was almost painless and I am happy about whole dental experience.

I had the best dentist experience. The entire staff was friendly and although I was really nervous the dentist made me feel so comfortable. He took time to explain everything to me and was very patient and empathetic which I 10000x appreciate.

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with The Smile Company. From simpler teeth cleanings to more difficult extractions, Dr. Jason Lee successfully made sure each visit was professional and painless. The visits started with the friendly and helpful receptionists who booked my appointments, handled my insurance questions, as well as informed me of any preparation I needed prior to my procedure. They even utilized a useful text/email confirmation. The actual procedures were executed quickly and expertly. Dr. Lee displayed complete control of his tools and explained every step he was performing. Never did he show any hesitancy, or nick my tongue or cheek like my previous dentists. His dental assistants were also equally professional, taking great care during pre and post-procedurals. The office itself is very modern, with air purifiers and newer technology (eg: x-ray machines that emit safer radiation levels). The lobby is tidy and exam rooms honestly exude the cleanliness of a laboratory. Top-notch work, Smile Company! Keep it up!

I had my last cleaning appointment at a different dental office 8 months ago. The place was packed and the hygienist spent 10 minutes trying to find a dentist available to look at me. Within a 2 minute glance of my XRays he determined I needed 3 cavities filled. I never went back. Dr. Lee was not like this. He took time to identify the source of pain I was feeling and advised me on how to treat, and also took a deeper look at my pre-cavities and gave advice on prevention, rather than suggesting my teeth be drilled at first sight. Excited to return.

I recently moved to Sunnyvale and was looking for a dentist in the area. I visited for a check-up yesterday and left the Smile Company feeling great! I get very anxious for dental appointments but Dr. Lee and his team were very nice and caring from the moment I stepped into their office, I felt welcomed and comfortable. They also helped me in answering questions I had; I really appreciated that! I'm so grateful for the Smile Company and I'm excited to return for a cleaning! :)

I called today for an emergency for my infected tooth. They told me they can't see anyone until January. Then I asked if they could get me in for an emergency? And she said no we are all booked up for emergencies. Just so everyone knows they aren't taking any more appointments for the year... or they lied idk. Then she told me to go find some other dentist that has availablity... wow I've never been told that before by a dentist office... usually they just try to get you in. I'm sure their care is good but I guess I'll never know.

He is the best dentist ever. I was very anxious before going to the doctor. But, Dr. Lee is an excellent doctor. He recommends minimum treatments and is very understanding. It felt like going to a friendly cafe. Highly recommended.

Dr. Lee and his team are absolutely fabulous. They are social and kind. They make me feel very comfortable. They are gentle on my teeth, while still cleaning well. The technology and equipment seems very new. I can't say enough wonderful things. My entire family are patients :)

Dr. Lee has the nicest, most welcoming staff on the planet. Not sure if Dr. Lee is pumping happy air in the office, but everyone that works there seems like they love being around patients, around each other, and being helpful. I have been there three times, and each time, I am impressed with the care I get when I visit. Dr. Lee is personable, efficient, and super thorough. I can't believe I found my forever dentist on the first try since moving to Sunnyvale.

Dr. Lee and his staff provide excellent service. They put patient's benefits first and geniunely care about their patients. I highly recommend them to anybody seeking for dental help. I've been visiting The Smile Company for dental cleaning since 2019 and always receive great quality service. They're equipped with modern technology. Dr. Lee and his staff are always super friendly and are ready to provide help and would answer all my questions to their best, even including questions not directly related to the service I receive from them. Here is a story I'd like to share in particular: I had started ortho treatment with a different place in South Bay before visiting The Smile Company. Although Dr. Lee isn't my ortho treatment provider, I'd often consult him with questions and concerns about my ortho treatment; he'd always take his time to answer my questions and give helpful advice. A few months ago I started wearing aligners since my ortho treatment ended. However, one aligner broke after just a few months and my ortho provider said it would cost me $275 for a replacement. Thinking that it's a bit expensive to get a replacement, I decided to explore buying replacements from other places. The first place that came to my mind was The Smile Company since I have trust in them from the past years of relationships. Their staff gave me super detailed information about different options and pricing. Because the options were so much cheaper than the quote I got from my own ortho provider, I happily decided to proceed and place orders. However, after learning that my retainer was only a few months old, Dr. Lee proposed to check whether the replacement fee could be waived by the manufacturer/invisalign. Then he took his time and reached out to Invisalign, explained my case to them and convinced them to send me a replacement for free!! I was so sure that I had lost a few hundred dollars when I noticed my retainer broke and would be just as grateful if I could purchase replacements from the Smile Company since they offer much more reasonably priced options. But Dr. Lee went above and beyond and put patients' benefits before his own. Instead of taking my case as an opportunity to make a profit, he spent his time to give me the best help for free. I appreciate how the doctor and staff genuniely care about their patients and put their patients' benefits first and highly recommend The Smile Company to anyone out there needing dental help.

The entire team at The Smile Company is amazing! They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and are just the nicest people! The office is super new and clean with safety/ covid procedures in place. They send appointment reminders a week prior via text and email to confirm your appointment and are always timely for my appointments. I am constantly recommending my friends and family come see Dr. Lee and his team-- Dare I say they make me enjoy going to the dentist? :)

I'm so glad I found this office downstairs after I avoided going to the dentist for years. Even though I moved, the amazing team is worth the drive. My dental neglect required me to have a few follow up appointments that I knew I needed to address for awhile. Now I can eat more ice cream without sensitivity to cold :) Dr. Lee is very informative and staff is wonderful all around! The reception is always friendly and accommodating especially when it comes to scheduling. I feel comfortable coming here post-COVID
