This place is very unprofessional. I had an something at :100. They didn't call us till 4:00 and that was just for X-rays. They never tried to tell us we were sitting there for nothing. Everyone had an attitude when I brought it to their attention. Definitely will not be returning.

First of all I believe in being punctual whether that be for work or as a customer. Being aware of time is very important and not make a customer wait an hour for an appointment then when your called to get seen your told another hour will be necessary for work related reasons? I don't know? That's needing improvement. Now the desk was nice and Flavia is an awesome Hygienist. Maybe being seen in the afternoon is not a good decision. Why make an appointment if your treated like a walk-in. This post is for today's visit.

It's a very clean area.recepioness is kind.Dr. is very nice. I was a little uneasy about some tranees.But the Dr reassured me.they were ok.i am good with that.after all they are the future Dentist. So my apology Dotor.lol overall it's a nice place. And nice employees.very clean and comfortable.

Dentist, office ladies, dental hygienist well the ENTIRE place was completely wonderful. Great Experience. Very kind, understanding and extremely helpful. Went out of their way to help and was very patient with my kids.

Does no one take pride in their work!? I schedule appointments an take time out my schedule an my son has taken work off to try an have his wisdom teeth removed because it's slicing into his cheek an Friday the lady at windcrest pediatric said ohh the dentist took off for holidays we would have called you 2 weeks ago ..so I call around switch dentist schedule a general intake was told oh no mom We're sorry that happened we'll get everything looked at I was scheduled for an appointment 11am tried confirming via text through the message it said it was invalid an low an behold I get a oh mom we didn't have your number to confirm the appointment (but I got a text) oh we're sorry the call center put you info in the wrong area we can't see him today an we don't do oral surgery sorry ...smh Then why are your employees not informed or trained properly to schedule appointments..It's Ridiculous if u can't or don't like your job then get a different profession

This place is the worst place ever. I was told they couldn't pull my bottom teeth because I had radiation treatments 9 months ago I got a phone call Friday my custom dentures were ready for fitting. She said to come Tuesday at 2. I was there at 2. Found out it was the 12th at 2. I already have a appt. some where else on the 12th. Then I was told they were full for the next month. Horribly. I'm getting anxiety attacks because of this place.

LOVE this place! Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. If there is any complications they let you know asap! They have had some scheduling issues but that's mostly been from the call center. Other wise this place is frak8ng fantastic!!!!

First visit was today and so far so good! Everyone was so skilled and knowledgeable and friendly. They do not try to sell you things you don't need. I appreciate that bc the last dentist I went to tried to milk is for services not needed. I don't want to go anywhere but here from now on.
