Very unprofessional My family and I are pulling away. They snicker in your face during calls. They don't care about the patients or the pain they're in. I have several family members that go here as of today we no longer will use smile center. Get rid of those things at the front counter then you'll be fine

Great Dentist to go to. Been going here for years & one thing I can say is they will never mislead you. Katie worked wonderful with my son yesterday. Definitely will be returning.

JoJo is the best here. The other hygienist are as well but she really stood out to me. I will always come here, they are the absolute best!

The location on Church Rd. The staff is unprofessional, I've been waiting two months for them to get a service approved with my insurance. They told me once it's approved they will let me know. Everytime I call they act like they don't know what they are doing, and what's going on. They truly don't care. Spoke with the office manager once she thought my situation was funny. She literally giggled at the fact that I've been waiting this long for an appointment.

I called this office and the front desk lady Junelette was so rude she kept me on hold for the longest time then when I called back she said Smile Center hold and didn't wait for my response and I waited and then I called again and she said it really fast with an attitude Smile Center hold and clicked over without waiting on a response again this happened a total of three times and then the fourth time I finally got someone on the phone that had some front office skills! I really feel like they need to work on their customer service skills!

I had a tooth break they said I ended a bone graft. Had to tooth removed and bone graft installed. Beyond painful and interfered with how I could live my life for weeks. They said 7-8 weeks for a bone graft to heal. Came in to have my tooth installed and they said my bone graft didn't heal enough So they drilled into it tried first. Only to have to remove it and give me another bone graft and stitches again this is so painful I can't believe they didn't tell me it could take 3 months to heal instead of 8 weeks. The fact that I'm experiencing this for a second time is beyond torture. I can't handle having shots in my gums many more times. And trying to schedule my appointments for cavities has been a super pain too.

Jo jo was my hygenist and she is amazing and was gentle made sure I was ok the whole way through. Then Dr. Joseph came in and its true all smiles. He has a fantastic sense of humor and told me what I need and the plan. In that order. I found my replacement Dentist cause my other one is retiring.

I get in there they took a whole hour to come see me and when he was ready to remove my wisdom tooth he automatically was fixing to insert the needle in my mouth and they did not numb me so I immediately stopped him and he stated I thought she already did that which is very unprofessional and not on the same page and this was the worst I've been to if my eyes were closed I would have been so hurt

Very disappointed my appointment was at 11am, I was told to be there at 10:30am and I still wasn't seen until 12am. They talked me and the staff was very nice, only to find out that I can't get the service that I needed and I felt very rushed! Very nice ppl though.

Katie was amazing I got a crown and the whole process and experience was quick and painless. This means a lot. I'm definitely locked in at this dentist. Super happy.

This was my first time at this location after going through so much with my insurance company. It was truly meant to happen.. From the time I walked through the door I felt welcomed and like they were there to help. Hailey was awesome with cleaning my teeth and letting me know everything that was going on and what I needed to do in the future.I am always nervous about going to the Dentist but she was so calming and took all of my fears away... Dr.Joe is amazing he didn't make feel bad for the quality of my teeth but told me what I needed to do and that he could help me. That's all I have every wanted to hear... The staff is amazing and I have my found my place at the Smile Center of Olive Branch... if you are looking for a staff that will treat with care and sensitivity you have found it at The Smile Center of Olivebranch!!!!

This establishment is very clean and well kept. The staff was great as well. The basic cleaning I received made mouth feel so much better.

The dentist was not understanding at all. He was aggressive with the numbing portion. Seemed rushed the entire time. I told him I have had bad experiences with the dentist. He said, " it is what it is, just have to get through it." He's not a personable dentist. Dr. Joe is better.

There was long paper work to get all 3 of my kids seen while holding a 1yr old at bay from tearing up an office, but once we were in the chair, the nurses and dentists handled everything and everybody quickly and efficiently.
