Felt rushed, they didn't numb me with the gel on the roof of my mouth to have a Wisdom' tooth and molar pulled. Dr. Mina is heavy on the hands, not very compassionate when I jumped up and screamed from him just jamming the needle in, to be numbed, he didn't care he just kept pushing the numbing medicine in, He twisted the molar to be pulled instead of wiggling it out, have had other dentist pull a tooth and not the same, more problems with this procedure than with the rest, now have a lot shards from that tooth that r trying to come out that's causing a lot of pain. Don't recommend at all!!

I went in for my first visit and it was great. I scheduled a second appointment and set in the office for a hour and 10 mins after getting there to be seen my appointment was a 11 and got there 10 mins till. I'll never be back.

Very professional and friendly. My elderly father was there and we had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Joe and Katie were AWESOME! Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, this location should be called The Frown Center. Front desk not professional( I would love the opportunity to train them CS) the doctor zips in and out of exam room(not sure if he's practicing hand washing). And the assistants their doing what assistant's do. Moral of the story had a temp crown placed it fell off, tried calling the office, no answer but received text message saying to respond to text did that and no answer. ENTIRE BUSINESS need to revamp

OMG you guys just don't understand how comfortable it was inside unbelievable staff they numbed my mouth properly I had a broken wisdom tooth when I say absolutely no pain none thanks smile center

Took my son 7yr old for a dental appt at The Smile Center in Olive branch ms. Dr Joe was so unprofessional he told my child he had two minutes to stop shaking or get out his chair He kept calling my son a girl even after my husband told him that he was a boy. ***why is that you only responded to my review not no one else bad review May God bless you

Called to find out when the earliest appointment I could get because I am in an intense amount of pain. The girl who answered says 10 days and hangs up. Every other dentist I called even when they were full took the time to see if they could help. These people clearly do not care about the patient. Sad really...

Great Service! In & out.. Dr. Mina is awesome & I just love talking to Dr. Joe. They always explain things step by step(especially KATIE CARTER) the dental assistant... She told me step by step what they was doing and why!! I'm afraid of needles but I'm always comfortable with them.. keep up the great work

Either they lied or they haven't updated their website. I called trying to schedule an appointment, only to be told Olive Branch location is closed on Friday. What dentist is closed on Friday? Why answer the phone if yall are closed? She didn't tell me that location was closed until I finished talking. (She should of started the conversation by saying, we apologize but we are closed today) said that location is always closed Friday. If that location is always closed on Friday, then why have someone answer the phone? Why have your website say your open?

Has to have 2 teeth pulled. Couldn't get numb and had really long roots. Katie and Dr Mina was very patient with me even being kinda a baby. I dont like going to the dentist.

The young man and women who work the office are the 2 most unprofessional people I've ever seen in a medical office. I let it go once, but after the second time I will be going elsewhere. Doctor and hygienist are good, but office is rude and inappropriate, especially around children.
