She is dedicated to making sure patients are able to maximize their insurance benefits and help make their dental treatment affordable. She has acquired skills to effectively manage the front office by thinking ahead and making quick decisions to accommodate patients in a timely manner. She is experienced in insurance/billing coordination and scheduling. WhenUrsula is not working, she loves to read and spend time with her family.
Yang Dental Hygienist Yanghails fromSouth Korea. She has been living in the Fayetteville area for a couple of years. She completed her Associates Degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene at Fayetteville Tech Community College in July 2009. She helps patients achieve healthy smiles by providing cutting edge information and care. She is very passionate about her field which is reflected in her excellent work ethic. WhenYang is not working, she enjoys spending time with her children, traveling and playing the piano.Yang has been central to the success of The Smile Center hygiene department, changing lives one smile at a time!
Kristy Chairside Dental Assistant Kristy is a native of the Hoke County area. Sheobtained her dental assisting certificationat Kuhn Dental Associates. She takes pride in helping patients overcome their dental fears! She takes an explanatory approach with patients concerning their treatment and never lets them leave with unanswered questions. When Kristy is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family..
Angela Patient Care Coordinator/ Certified Dental Assistant Angela is also a native of Cumberland County. She graduated from Fayetteville Tech Community College as a Certified Dental Assistant. She loves what she does and always makes patients feel comfortable while in the chair. She is the most experienced staff member in the area of office and practice administration, very knowledgeable in working with insurance companies, and helping patients maximize their insurance benefits making their dental treatment affordable. She has acquired skills to effectively manage the front office by thinking ahead and making quick decisions to accommodate patients in a timely manner. She is experienced in insurance/billing coordination and scheduling. Whenever she works chairside she works very well with children as well as adults. Angela loves to spend quality time with her husband and two daughters and they love to go fishing as a family!

The staff there is professional and kind and always smiling. The doctor makes everything seem so easy. This is by far the best dentist I have been to since moving in this area. When you have questions, the answers are broken down where you're like, "OK, now I understand ".

My family have been patients for years but I have decided to find new dentistry. Recently there have been to many incidents that just make me dread going for appts. It started with me, I went in for a deep cleaning and the tech got over zelous with the cleaning that I now have a hold where two teeth meet at the gum line. My daughter - she was given numbing shots on the wrong side of her mouth, my niece - same thing, they numbed the wrong side of her mouth, another niece - they took to much of a tooth and it chipped off. Finally the dentist caught my nieces lip and inside cheek with a tool used during a filling. She started crying in the chair and was bleeding when we left. While I was waiting for my niece to come out, a little girl (not related) summed it all up, she said, "daddy, that man was trying to break my teeth" she was only in for a cleaning with no cavities.
