I was in the process of looking for a new dentist when this place was recommended to me and it was definitely a bonus that it was black owned. I scheduled an appointment for 10am on 09/26 and was called that morning at 7:47 am and stated that it had to be rescheduled. Okay, not a problem. I was rescheduled for 10/10 at 9am and received some x-rays and was informed that if I needed a deep cleaning that another visit would be required. That was understood. The dentist comes in and states that I don't need a deep cleaning, but since they are already behind I would have to be rescheduled. Again, frustrated, but I get it, things happen. Now I'm scheduled to come back on 10/25 at 11am. I was unable to make my appointment and tried to call before they were due to be open, no answer. Called at exactly 10am, no answer and didn't want to leave a voicemail. Called again and spoke with the receptionist and still before 11am and was informed that I would be charged $25 because I was a no show. Last I checked a no show was someone that never showed up or called, but okay. I asked could the fee be waived to show me the same consideration and understanding that I gave when I had to reschedule twice. Of course the receptionist stated that the owners said no and the reasons I had to rescheduled was out of their control. It's not about the money, more about the principle as I paid over the phone afterwards because I won't be returning. The one star is because the people I encountered were actually really nice.

This is my 1st time here...I will be back. Lisa & Dr. Clinton gave me the best cleaning I'm ever had! I love they they give you a detailed treatment plan before proceeding. Transparency!

I was there June 12th for an extraction and I got Dr. Irvine and her assistant Nakeia.. Dr. Irvine was so awesome I didn't feel when she numb my mouth with the needle thanks to her little distraction..I ended up getting 3 extractions and I didn't feel her remove the teeth like other dentist I've gone to.. I promise you Dr. Irvine is the best dentist ever and I choose to make her my dentist..

I had such a great experience. Everyone was so professional. They talk to you and tell you what you're going to see and hear. The dentist, Dr. Clinton did the cleaning, she was so lovely. I didn't have any of the residue from the cleaning unlike other dental offices I'd been in the past and it was a thorough clean without feeling any pain. I would highly recommend!
