Having graduated from the prestigious University of Colorado School of Dentistry, Dr. Priyanka Assudani has perfected her specialized skills in all aspects of General Dentistry and Cosmetic Dentistry. Her experience stems from working in major cities like Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Hence, there is no surprise that she has a constant connection to the latest cutting-edge research and most advanced dental technologies.
Dr. Assudani is profoundly active in the dental professional networks such as the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Los Angeles Dental Society, and the Spear Education and Cerec Doctors. With her vast array of knowledge and understanding of General Dentistry and Cosmetic Dentistry, Dr. Assudani re-defines the art and science of quality dentistry here at The Smile Artists in Culver City, California.
Besides her hearts compassion of practicing General Dentistry and Cosmetic Dentistry, like all of us, Dr. A has a life outside of The Smile Artists. She loves to spend time with her family, loves to explore travel and food with her hubby, and most of all savors every moment of joy with her son! Dr. A is an overachiever; with her life filled with all of this wonder, she managed to hold a Certificate of Excellence in Operative Dentistry at the University of Colorado and a Certificate and Shield from the Indian Society of Periodontology!
Hi! We are Dr. Assudani and Sam of The Smile Artists in Culver City, California, two awesome friends who also share an immense passion for dentistry. And when that happens, dinner conversations become brainstorming sessions, sharing our experiences and ideas around how to improve dentistry! Before long, we realized we are warming up to the idea that breaks the norms, an idea where a dentist and a hygienist partner together in their quest to re-define dentistry. And The Smile Artists was born.
Our mission became to establish a dental practice where both of our areas of specialization become the key focus of the practice and for the first time truly deliver what comprehensive dentistry really entails and means. And we did not want to stop there; we wanted a practice that softens the intimidation patients feel going to a dentist, by putting up a cool, fun atmosphere and working with easy going and professional staff.
As a part of comprehensive dentistry, we believe and practice three core values: prevention, restoration, and maintenance. In prevention, we ensure enough time for performing thorough assessments that identify dental problems early or before they even begin. If you need restorative care, we believe in conservative dentistry and avoid any unnecessary treatment. Lastly, we are never shy in sharing those awesome tidbits around good oral hygiene that enable our patients to sustain and protect that long lasting and healthy smile.

I've never liked going to the dentist, but this office makes the experience pleasant! The staff and dentists are friendly and always so helpful and you can watch Netflix while they take care of you. 10/10 would recommend!

The best Dental Experience! The staff is very professional. The doctor is phenomenal, and the hygienist are impeccable. I trust them with my own dental care and of my family's as well! Great experience with my first appointment at The Smile Artists! Was connected with them through my Delta Dental PPO plan and had a thorough first appointment with a cleaning, x-rays/imaging and a lengthy conversation with the dentist about my oral heath needs. July 13, 2022 was my first visit to the dentist since before 2019. Everyone was friendly, even the parking attendee. They explained everything to me clearly on every procedure and answered all my questions. The dentist office was clean, organized, and I liked the music they were playing. I would definitely recommend to my friends if they need a local dentist in west LA.

I've put a lot of money and care into my smile so when I go see a new dentist I can be a little bit picky about who I see, that being said The Smile Artists have gone above and beyond my expectations! I've been a patient for over a year now and I get my cleanings done with Brittney. She is the absolute best! Amazing bedside manor, extremely helpful and just lovely to be around. All of the dentists, dental technicians and people who work at the front desk are amazing and I truly enjoy my visits to their office. I also really appreciate that they always offer to clean my night guard for free when i visit and they validate your parking for free!! I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone in the LA area I drive a bit to get to them but it's more than worth it!

Incredible experience all around. All of the staff are exceptional at what they do. I've never had anyone be so flexible with me and my wacky work schedule, but the Smile Artist made it happen. Dr. Assudani and her team offer everything that you'd want out of a dentist experience.

This is my second appointment at this dental office and Jackie at the front desk is so awesome with scheduling, etc. I went this morning to have a deep cleaning done and I really appreciated the attention and care I received from my hygienist and other staff members to help my experience go as smoothly as it did. I don't like going to the dentist because I had a really rough experience going as a child and I recommend this dental practice for anyone who also doesn't like going to the dentist. This is the best dental office on the West Side of LA!

The staff is friendly and they have easy parking validation. But their cancellation policy is sneaky. I tried cancelling an appt 24hrs in advance due to work, just to be told it was actually 48hrs so I'd need to pay a $65 fee. They don't state their policy clearly (like in their text to confirm your appointment). It's a large fee that feels like it's meant to get you. So even though the staff is friendly and the office is nice, it feels like a veil for their expensive procedures and fees.
