Terrible. This practice tries to push unnecessary cosmetic procedures on you such as replacing all of your amalgam fillings with resins. I initially saw Dr. Brugler and accepted an offer of a "free panoramic 180% xray." However when I left town and asked for the "free XRay" they refused to give it to me unless I paid $400. Unethical in every way. Beware.

Terrible. Unprofessional. Unethical. I felt disrespected and duped after my visits. Initially, I wasn't going to write a review - and even as I write this I feel bad because the staff were kind and seemed like lovely people. I feel a sense of responsibility, however, to share the nightmare of my treatment. I was truly traumatized by this establishment and the thought of other potential patients facing the same ugliness is what has motivated me to share. The basics are as follows: I saw Dr. Sabatini for a skin graft for two teeth with receding gum lines 1.) The operation was done so unprofessionally that when I walked back to class my peers notified me that there was still blood around my face. 2.) I was told enthusiastically that my graduate student insurance would cover everything - several thousand dollars later, I was made painfully aware that it did not. (I can't help but notice another reviewer apparently went to court for what sounds like a similar experience) 3.) Cherry on top: the procedure was unsuccessful. Sabatini, after this entire ordeal, told me I would have to do it all over again. Spend thousands on top of thousands for work that is clunky and ineffective? No thank you. In the end, I had a wonderful job done at Dr. Wesley A. Olsen's office (FANTASTIC). I found the procedure was much less painful then before, much cleaner, and IT WORKED. Whereas Sabatini had me come in to numerous appointments for an increasingly shady Odessey that lasted months, Olsen saw me just a few times, listened to my concerns, and I was fixed up in weeks. Dr. Olsen offered real and lasting solutions to someone with a medical issue rather then pushing seemingly endless products to a consumer in need. In short, under the supervision of Dr. Sabatini I felt I had been taken advantage of, a naive patient who thought dentists were medical professionals concerned with the health and well being of their patients. Perhaps mine was an outlier of an experience (I honestly hope so!), but frankly, all I was looking for was simply dignity, medical assistance, and honesty. Sadly, none of those were to be found at the con - pardon me - "the smile artist"

Technically paid around $6,000 to have my top teeth pulled with Novocain. Never got denture. They couldn't get it to fit right after I drove there every week for three months until they didn't reschedule me. I kept calling they said the denture place was behind when it was the dentist was off. Had to go to court. Didn't get much back. Do

I have always been frightened by dental work because of my past experiences. When I finally got the courage to see a dentist about the horror my teeth were in "I was embarrassed and scared". Dr.Sabatini along with his staff took me under thier Wings and gave my life back to me. Very gentle and caring dentist office! I had all of my teeth replaced by Dr.Sabatini and he was there for me every step of the way. He was kind enough to see me out of his way if there were any problems. I live in Lansdale, PA and the drive is about a four hour drive to the State College Office. The Smile Artist will be the only dentist I will trust! I highly recommend his office if you have problems with your teeth. Coming from someone that is completely terrified of Dentists says a lot! They are family to me and I can not thank them enough for everything they have done for Me and My family. The entire staff at the State College Office is absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much for everything!
