LOVE this place.... Dr Naser is amazing and his staff is the BEST!!! Traci who is the office manager is the most sweetest person. They really go out of their way to accommodate you and Dr Naser has the best bed side manners ever. If I could give more than 5 stars I would definitely give them thousands. Trust me once you go there you'll never find a better place. Got a dental implant done and Dr Naser did such an amazing job on it. He's truly a great Dr.

Hey, there are a lot of great things that should be said for Dr. Ayman, Tracy, and his crew, but a long story short; the only thing I wanted to share is: I used to live in San Diego and moved up to northern cal, and for my major treatments I fly to San Diego from San Fran, this is how I trust them and feel myself in professional hands. They are like part of my family!

Dr Naser was fantastic, unfortunately his staff is very unprofessional and rude. We had the absolute displeasure of having to interact with someone by the name of Traci. She interrupted the questions we would ask in regards to our insurance benefits, and was loudly eating while doing so. I was appalled at how condescending a complete stranger could be. Aside from the racist/prejudiced undertones to her manner of speaking to us, she was also rude to her own employees! Felt bad for the girl at the front desk, honestly. I would imagine an office of this caliber would employ more professionally consistent folks. My insurance and myself pay consistently, often early. We would love to see that kind of consistency with the kindness and courtesy provided when visiting.

Excellent experience each time I have been in this office. Staff is welcoming, professional and very efficient. Dental hygienists are adept at using up to date technology and skilled in their procedures. Dr. Nasar creates an atmosphere of calm confidence, while addressing every concern and discussing procedures.

I love the team here at the shores Dental. Dr. Naser really cares about his patients. Acacia is an amazing assistant, she really goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Vicky always has a smile and great attitude & Tracy is the glue that holds the office together. Truly a wonderful team of dental professionals.

When we moved to Escondido we continued to go to The Shores because they are THAT good. Our whole family goes here. We love the dentist and dental hygienists! I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years and Kate, one of the dental hygienists, made my experience so much more calm by smiling (I could hear it through the mask) and being so friendly and talking me through everything. She made all the difference. This is a dentist office I trust!

My dentist of many years has retired so I have been looking for a new dentist. A friend recommended Dr. Naser and I had my first visit for a check up and x-rays yesterday. He had done crowns on my friend's lower front teeth. They were beautiful, in fact, the best I have seen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And then I got to meet Dr. Naser. He was warm and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. His equipment is state of the art and I really enjoyed getting the full view of my entire mouth up on the screen. He explained things as we went along. He took the time to answer my questions without seeming rushed. I have found my new dentist and I truly look forward to my continuing relationship with Dr. Naser.

From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable they were grading me very well I didn't have to wait more than one minute so customer service so very good the treatment wasn't painful and they explained each one of the steps the doctor was very professional and kind so is the lady in finance are dealing with the insurance overall I will definitely recommend Five stars
