Dr. Lawrence Schiff has been practicing cosmetic, reconstructive, and general dentistry since 1980. After spending six years on the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania Dental School, he entered full-time private practice with the goal of assembling Philadelphias finest team of specialists to provide the best dental care possible.
Having been awarded the prestigious designation of Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry in 1998, Dr. Schiff is also an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the American Dental Association, the Montgomery-Bucks Dental Society and the Philadelphia County Dental Society.
Dr. Jill Moniz grew up in Lancaster, PA and graduated from Penn State with a B.S. in Biology. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, the worlds first dental college! Following dental school, Dr. Moniz completed a general practice residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital, gaining additional experience in comprehensive treatment planning on medically compromised patients. Dr. Moniz worked in private practice in Lancaster county and Philadelphia prior to joining The Schiff Dental Group in 2013.
Dr. Moniz is a member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and Montgomery Bucks Dental Society. She enjoys taking continuing education courses to stay up to date on the latest advances in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, as well as Invisalign.
Dr. Moniz lives in Ardmore with her husband, David, and their labradoodle and rescue doodle, Dexter and Morgan. In her spare time she enjoys visiting with friends and family, running, skiing, Peloton, and needlepoint.
Dr. Richard Titlebaum was born and raised in Pittsburgh. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Haverford College and received his D.M.D. from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Titlebaum then served as an Endodontic Resident in the I.B. Bender Division of Endodontics at Albert Einstein Medical Center. He received a certificate of Endodontics and returned a year later as Clinical Attending Staff at Einstein, where he continues to teach to this day.
Dr. Titlebaum has guided and participated in numerous research projects at both Harvard and Einstein. Some of the projects have looked at radiograph angulation, apical extrusion during root canal treatment, the effectiveness of MTAD, and Photodynamic Therapy (using lights and dyes to enhance disinfection)
Dr. Jill Zurek, Dr. Jill to her patients, is originally from upstate New York. She received a B.S. in Biology from Siena College in Loudonville, New York. Dr. Zurek received her D.D.S. degree from the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. She served as Chief Resident at the Women and Childrens Hospital of Buffalo and received a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry. While in residency, she taught Pediatric dentistry to dental students and continues to participate in ongoing research in Pediatric conscious sedation with the anesthesia department of Women and Childrens Hospital of Buffalo. She is a diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, receiving her Board Certification in Pediatric Dentistry in 2008.
