Yana Gerhardt was born and raised in Moldova. She graduated from California State College, in Sacramento with a Bachelors Degree in Biology in 2013. In 2014, she completed a Dental Post-Baccalaureate Program at the University of the Pacific, San Francisco (magna cum laude).
She continued her dental education at the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health in Mesa, graduating with a D.M.D. degree in 2019. In dental school she was actively involved in the organization of Give Kids a Smile, the annual event that provides free dental services to uninsured children. During her fourth year of dental school, she completed four external rotations at various community health clinics in Arizona & California.
Following graduation, Dr. Gerhardt started practicing in Arizona. Dr. Gerhardt and staff enjoy the challenges of providing wide ranging dental services to people of all ages. Dr. Gerhardt is dedicated to the newest advancements in dentistry and keeps up-to-date with the latest technologies. She has lived by the belief of her mission statement which is:
Dr. Gerhardt is married and they have one beautiful son. When Dr. Gerhardt is not practicing dentistry, she spends most of her time with her family. She loves to cook, try new cuisine and explore different countries. Dr. Gerhardt maintains memberships in the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
During this time he served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Bogota, Columbia for two years. He completed his dental education at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, graduating with a D.D.S. degree in 2007. In recognition of his academic record and clinical skills while in dental school, Dr. Jackson received the Robert A. Dale award.
Following graduation, Dr. Jackson started practicing in Utah. Dr. and staff enjoy the challenges of providing wide ranging dental services to people of all ages. Dr. Jackson is dedicated to the newest advancements in dentistry and keeps up-to-date with the latest technologies. He has lived by the belief of his mission statement which is:

Dr. Jacksons wife, Stephanie is a Dental Hygienist who has practiced for 15 years in Texas, Arizona and Utah. They met while attending Dental and Dental Hygiene schools. They have five beautiful children Cade, Romney, Adelaide, Gwendolyn and Penelope. When Dr. Jackson is not practicing his passion for dentistry he spends most of his time with his family. He enjoys learning, reading and computers. Dr. Jackson maintains memberships in the American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. He has received his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. He does not just continue his passion for dental knowledge; he received his MBA degree from Utah State University, April 2019.
Dr. Dubinetsky was raised in northern California in the city of Sacramento. Upon completing high school, he continued his education and received a Bachelors of Biomedical Sciences at Sacramento State University. Following his undergraduate schooling, he achieved his Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry at Roseman University of Health Sciences in Utah.
Soon after graduation, Dr. Dubinetsky began practicing in Springfield Massachusetts and worked there in 2 offices. After practicing in Massachusetts, he relocated to Arizona where he is practicing full time in Coolidge.
Acknowledging the demand for quality dental care, he fostered a high sense of responsibility for society and strives to advance in scientific and clinical knowledge by continuing courses on biomimetic restorations, implants placement, and cosmetic dentistry.

Everyone in the office is very pleasant. Stacy, the hygienist, is very thorough and does an excellent job. The Rivers Edge Dental has been a great experience. All of the folks there are professional, friendly and helpful. I am a scaredy cat when it comes to root canals. Everyone there took great care of me and made me feel safe and comfortable. The doctor did a through job and even found a root canal that was hiding. I highly recommend them

My husband and I were looking for a new dentist and decided to try The River's Edge. We were greeted by friendly front office staff. While waiting we noticed the waiting area wasn't very clean. We were then taken back to the exam rooms. Both rooms were so small you had to be careful you didn't trip over items in the room. The chair foot protector in one office was ripped and taped together. We just needed a routine cleaning but they also took x-rays which I guess is part of being potential new clients. While taking the x-rays, the regular protective bib hung on the wall and wasn't used. Explanation was with new technology it isn't really necessary. Then the Dentist came in. During our meeting we discovered this was a temporary dentist who was going to do the cleaning because the regular hygienist only works several days a week. After the cleaning, the dental assistant who did the polishing didn't floss our teeth. We never met the primary dentist or even got a goodie bag with tooth brushes. Overall experience was disappointing. Needless to say we won't be back. Before going to a new dentist I recommend a tour of the facilities at a minimum.
