I am very thankful to have been referred to the perioclinic! The women that I have interacted with are truly phenomenal! They are very skilled, knowledgeable, professional, realistic, and personable! I admire them and will proudly recommend them to anyone I care about because oral health is a huge factor in total body health. The perio clinic is really beyond five stars. The personal attention from Dr. Nasr is truly from his heart for his patients. It's something one rarely finds anywhere. The same of every person in his office. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was absolutely superb. I learned more about my teeth at 60 years old than I had ever known before. The receptionist and all the assistants are high end professionals in their positions. In short, I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Perio clinic. I was referred to The Perioclinic for treatment and felt comfortable from the initial visit. Dr. Saenz is friendly while being informative through every process. And Yvette has been amazing working to get my insurance all documents needed to help me receive reimbursement for services they cover. I would recommend them to anyone needing the services they offer.

I was in danger of losing at least 3 of my teeth with 9-11 deep periodontal pockets. I agreed to try the LANAP protocol laser treatment with Dr Saenz D.D.S. ,M.Ed,M.S,phD ( oh yeah ,y'all she's a genius) I regrew my bone in the pockets after the procedures and haven't lost a single tooth !! She saved my smile. Its better to keep your own teeth than get replacements !! I highly recommend Dr Saenz and the Perioclinc. Cerise Joiner

Dr. Nasr was wonderful. No invasive dental surgery is fun. You are going to hurt after no matter what. I felt very comfortable during my visits. Procedures were precisely explained, there were answers to my questions, payment details were clearly provided, etc. During my actual procedure, Dr. Nasr and his team explained each step in a soft, slow, comforting voice (not rambling or anxious sounding to avoid alarming you) before and during the stages. He set up a signal system with raising my hand if I needed to speak or was in pain and continually comforted me through the process, allowing rest breaks to take a deep breath if needed. By far the most comforting part of the entire situation was that his assistant made sure to moisturize my lips and wipe my saliva from my face every so often which made me really feel "seen" as a patient and was a fact I appreciated and didnt know I enjoyed until it happened. That one small thing really made the entire experience that much more enjoyable. Can't speak to cost comparisons because I hope to never have to deal with this again but appears average per google. Waiting area is kind of small but clean and nice. Back office for procedures was quite clean and organized. Would recommend without hesitation

Dr. Saenz is a phenomenal doctor. My oral surgery should have taken a week to heal but her precision and quality of work allowed me to heal in only two days. I would recommend recommend Dr. Saenz to anyone looking for a diligent, kind, and trust worthy doctor.

Update: The perioclinic team recently reached out to me and extended their understanding and commitment to resolving my anxieties with care! First, Dr. Nasr described in detail how covid protocols had impacted office routines, including traffic flow. Then he urged the importance of my comfort and confidence in my post-operative results. We spoke in-depth about my concerns, and afterward, Dr. Nasr and his team completed a few adjustments on two sites. ------------------------------- I felt disregarded and ignored. I did not feel like a priority or that there was an open dialogue to discuss my questions/concerns comfortably. 1) My first visit, I think they left me in an office. 2) Following the procedure, I called about bleeding and was informed that a follow-up was supposed to be scheduled after my first week (apparently, they failed to schedule me). 3) Postoperative I was prescribed an antibacterial mouthwash that was supposed to be used for a week only (no one told me), and it subsequently stained my teeth. As a result, I had to pay for cosmetic bleaching with my orthodontist. 4) Lastly, my orthodontist and I thought I could use a touch-up on one side, but when I brought it up, there was minimal discussion, then Dr. Nasr escorted me through the back door. I'm not sure that I look like most of their clients, and I didn't feel as though I was treated like most would either. The practice is also relatively small, so that might mitigate some of the issues I encountered. A positive, my teeth look better than they did pre-op.
