Just had my second crown lengthening done by Dr Sabra at Perico. Great experience considering the work that had to be done. A proficient and caring professional staff that do great work! I'd highly recommend them! Very glad my primary dentist Dr Matt Bagnall of Bagnall Family Dentistry referred me to them for the work I needed done.

I went for my appointment but I didn't get to see the doctor I was referred to. The only other way to get to see the dentist is via zoom. What ache is that? On top of that, I paid just to get pain inflicted on me. The lady the that I saw me kept hitting my gum with that sharp needle like structure and instead of using a suction to help remove the extra fluid and blood, she told me to swallow. She had a good attitude and was professional and explain things well but I just wish I had gotten to see the doctor and get done with it once and for all. There are some dentist out that there that will cause you pain as if one immune to pain, this office was one of them. Like if you need proper lighting talk with your manager so that patients can receive a better care.

I saw Dr Bernstein from the Perico Group for a tooth implant. He is the perfect type of person for this profession. He is calm, funny, very kind and professional. I was so worried about this but I did not feel any pain at all. He warned that it would hurt after and it does but he gave instructions to alleviate the pain. His staff is awesome. Very caring and so helpful. They make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Really a great group. I highly recommend Dr.Bernstein. Though I hope never to need another implant, he is the only doctor I would go to.

Dr. Bernstein did a great job extracting the tooth and putting in the post. What I was unclear about was the treatment plan, who would do what, and the actual cost. For example, after the extraction, I was surprised by the next phase and charges. I thought I would get the crown at Perico? Silly me, new appointments, new three grand to the original dentist.

I went to Dr. Bernstein to have a tooth extracted and an implant put in its place. In the process of extracting my tooth, his instrument damaged and knocked off the adjacent crown. Perico glued it back on without telling me it was chipped. In our follow-up appointment he gave a litany of rationalizations for why he wasn't culpable. (They were so ludicrous the nurse squirmed while he was talking.) You don't have to be a dentist to see the marks where his instrument chipped what was a perfectly good crown that had never come off before. Bernstein did not repair it or compensate me for the expensive damage he caused. It is appalling, arrogant behavior. So now you know what to expect.

The Perico Group is VERY professionally run. Dr. Quintana has brought great expertise, honesty and hope to my dental dilemma. It is a pleasure going to my appointments. The staff is happy and friendly. I was personally helped by Samria and Caitlin who performed scaling and root planing. They explained the procedure and helped me get on the right track with a new Oral B power toothbrush. Samria recommended the exact model and brush head type that I should use. Madelaine has been a very kind support person to me before and after my surgeries and procedures. I also want to comment on how helpful it is to speak to Amy Parker, treatment coordinator, who happily answers all my questions about procedures and treatments. Bravo to the leadership team at The Perico Group.

Top-notch care in a supportive environment. They worked out an extraction and implant treatment plan for me which I had to postpone, but when discomfort became acute they were able to do the extraction and bone implant on the day I contacted them.
