We have two policies that we feel are important to share with our patients. We strongly believe in our work and professional efforts, and we therefore ask that you read these pages thoroughly, understand these policies and agree to comply with them.
for our services. By using our services, you agree to be responsible for all charges. Your portion of the payment is due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. Furthermore, if your insurance does not pay our office directly, payment for all treatment is due at the time of service. Ultimately, it is the parent's responsibility to verify that their child is on their dental insurance plan(s) and to understand their particular plan's coverage. We will aid you with your insurance forms, but the policy owner, the parent, not the insurance company, is responsible for payment. Financial arrangements can be made for larger treatment plans, but approval is necessary before treatment is initiated.

This dental office is the best. They explain what is going on with your child at ever stage, planned or unexpected. They are understanding and real family-oriented. Great atmosphere!

Couldn't have gone better! Called this morning and got an appointment 2 hours later (new patient too!). Everyone was friendly and helpful. The office was clean and inviting. Dani, the hygienist, was absolutely AMAZING with my 4 year old son and had him laughing the whole time. The dentist (Dr. Weng) was also awesome and very thorough in explaining what was going on with my son's teeth. They even included my daughters who were just there for moral support and now the girls are excited to go for their own teeth cleanings!!

First, when I walked into the exam area, there was a staff member who was sweeping the area around the dental chair. Instead of sweeping away from where I was seated, she proceeded to sweep everything in my direction. That was incredibly rude. Second, the hygienist who worked on my son never spoke to me directly. Either before or after she provided service. The right thing to do was inform me what she had done and how to improve in areas that he may need work. Finally, Dr. Weng checked my son and said I would need to come back for another visit without explaining her findings or what future work needed to be done. I had to stop her as she was walking away to inquire what she found. A little courtesy and communication goes a long way when you are providing a service.

I will keep bringing my kid here no matter how far away we live. The dentists and hygienists are all lovely, and they make going to the dentist such a positive experience. Update: 2 years later - I had to reschedule our appt and my 6-year old cried (SHE CRIED), because she was DISAPPOINTED THAT SHE DIDN'T GET TO GO and show them her missing teeth. I reassured her that we would go soon. (And this is a kid who, when she was two, bit the hygienist at another not-as-friendly practice, so, no, she is not a robot.)

Had an appointment with my 4 children. Staff were very professional and pleasant. Office is very clean. The hygienists were knowledgeable and explained every step to myself and my children. They were very engaging. My visit here was exceptional. Dr Scott and Dr Weng were excellent.

This office is excellent from the doctors to the staff. I wish I was a kid again so I could go to this dentist office. The doctors are thorough. They explain everything in great detail. My son loves his dentist. I highly recommend this office

Absolutely fantastic visit as always! Hands down THE BEST pediatric dentists in the area! I can't think of anything that I would change. This is coming from a mommy of 3. I wish I could get my teeth cleaned here. Can you start cleaning parent's teeth too! Customer service is great! It's clean, organized, spacious, and the design is well thought out. Outstanding!

I love this dentist! We have been going here for 5+ years, and this place has a great atmosphere with fun seasonal decorations. The best part is their staff, though; everyone is friendly, and you can tell they really care about their patients. I have two kids with braces, and they make it a more enjoyable experience for the kids. Both of my kids love going to the dentist, even if it means they need to get a tooth pulled or have their braces adjusted. This is the best pediatric dental clinic, and I highly recommend them!

Dr. Weng is a wonderful dentist. I can't recommend her enough. My son has autism and is not very cooperative at the dentist and she and the staff go out of their way to make him feel comfortable and accommodate him.

I have been with this office for a little more than 10 years. My kids don't mind going to their appointments. The doctors are great & the overall staff are wonderful. Each appointment has been a truly great experience. They never disappoint. Love this office.

This was my 4 year old daughter's first time at the dentist and she was so scared. The hygienist and dentist were so patient and understanding. They took the time to talk to her and tried to calm her down. I would definitely recommend this dentist practice! They have a lovely warm atmosphere.

Wonderful dentists. Terrific staff. Both my boys have been seen there for years. I highly recommend this practice. They are especially fantastic now during the pandemic, using safety protocols that assuage any discomfort.

I've been bringing my kids to The Pediatric Dental Specialist for a little over 3 years it has been nothing but great experience every time we visit. Everyone there makes it a great visit for the kids . The children always look forward to their visit . Dr Lawrence is awesome. Oh Ms. Darlene, she's is my favorite.
