Dr. Cerisa Moncayo and her staff were extremely professional and courteous. It was reassuring to see how normal the office functioned even now in the face of the pandemic.

The care, expertise and over-all experience at Palisades Dentists, in particular Dr. Cerisa Moncayo, is top notch! I felt like I was in great handsfree start to finish...literally! Highly recommend.

My visit to The Palisades Dentists was wonderful! From the minute I stepped inside I felt relaxed and at ease. From the professional, kind front desk staff, Marily, who had a smile from ear to ear and amazing energy, to Rebecca(hygienist), who is very sweet, knowledgeable & thorough....it couldn't have been any better. Dr. Cerisa Moncayo is Incredibly professional, detailed, knowledgeable, kind and considerate, and just so good at what she does! How lucky I am to have the absolutes "BEST" dentist and staff, in the Palisades. I would highly recommend them!!

I simply cannot thank Dr. Moncayo and the staff at The Palisades Dentists. I had some terrible experiences with dentists when I was younger but now I actually look forward to going to the dentist! the atmosphere in the office is always calm and healing. Dr. Moncayo is simply outstanding when it comes to her considerable experience and, in particular, pain management. She is, hands down, one of the finest healthcare providers I have ever known - kind, professional, very skilled, and you never get the feeling that you are just a number. I would give her and her staff 10 stars if I could! Thank you!

NEW SMILE !!! Dr Cerisa placed veneers on me and gave a new and improved smile! I felt comfortable and put at ease with each step of the veneer process from choosing the shape ,color along with size of the teeth . I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision . I thought she was very professional and cared about my journey personally as if I was a family member. I am so happy with the outcome and thank her and her great team she has at The palisades Dentists. I highly recommend her !!!

I probably should start in the beginning. I have feared going to the Dentist all of my life. REALLY FEARED!!! I met Cerisa and Max and realized immediately that they were different. I felt comfortable. I spoke to them about making an appointment to start taking care of my neglected teeth. I first had my teeth cleaned by Rebecca. Besides being very sweet she did a great and painless job of cleaning them. When I arrived to the office Marily greeted me. She was also very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. The office and all the equipment is really up to date. It is State of the Art. Everything is amazingly clean. They keep up with all the protocols for the Corona Virus. I came for the first part of the crowns and implants and I have never felt so calm. They put me to sleep as I had requested and it went without a hitch. I woke up following the procedure. I did not feel any pain. I do not remember leaving the office. I wanted to say goodbye to all the wonderful people. I don't remember that at all. They did tell me later that I had said goodbye. Fortunately my wonderful wife picked me up and drove me home. I am writing this review early because I am so happy with everything so far. Dr. Max Moncayo has a great bedside manor. But more than that he knows what he is doing. I cannot say enough good things about my experience that I have put off for years. I will be able to smile with an open mouth no longer hiding my bad and missing teeth. No more avoiding going to the dentist for me. If I could give 10 stars I would. Now you can see the finished product. I am sooooo happy! I wish that I had met Drs. Moncayo much earlier. But you know what, it is never too late. You can see from these pictures how wonderful my smile looks now. Thank you for an AMAZING experience. If you are one of those people like I used to be then come here and fear no more. The Palisades Dentists are absolutely terrific. The office is beautiful, and the administrative staff is very professional, responsible and reliable. The best I have ever worked with. Rebecca is a wonderful and talented dental hygienist, so if you need your teeth cleaned and polished, I highly recommend her. Dr. Moncayo is also an absolute pro and I think the world of her. With the COVID situation the way it is, they take tremendous precaution to make sure their patients feel safe and are well taken care of. The Palisades Dentists is an excellent group and my entire family is very pleased with their level of service and care.

Like other reviewers, I too had a terrific experience at Palisades Dentists. Lulu and Dr. Gutierrez were both fantastic. They made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and delivered top quality care. I felt like a valued patient. They spent two hours with me for an exam and cleaning. They accurately diagnosed my tooth sensitivity and did not immediately first propose the most invasive and expensive treatments. Their x-ray and photographic technology are state of the art and it's very nice that you can watch Netflix throughout your treatment.

I could not be happier with the experience I had here. The staff is incredibly kind, the offices are impeccably clean, and the dental work is top of the line. Highly recommend The Palisades Dentists for the entire family's dental care.

I have been a patient at the Palisades Dentists for several years. Everyone at the office is highly skilled, warm, and caring. They take their time with all procedures, explain everything they are going to do in detail, and never seem rushed. During this pandemic, their safety protocols have been impressive, and I always feel safe. Dr. Moncayo offers personalized care, builds a relationship with each of her patients, and clearly strives to do the very best for them. My husband and I feel very fortunate they are a part of this community.

Dr. Cerisa and her staff are amazing. My family and I have been here for cleanings, a root canal, and some fillings. Every single visit, my kids are eager to see the Doc and her friendly staff. The atmosphere of the office is always so happy and upbeat. We've even participated in a little pre-treatment "dance party" to get the littles hyped. :) Our cleaning and treatments have been so thorough and the staff and Dr. do a wonderful job explaining each step. Their professionalism is top notch and the customer service provided is second to none. Pali Dentists is like family and we would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality dental care.

What can I say about this office? Everyone from the kind Office Manager to Dr. Cerisa Moncayo feels like they're family. My kids, 4 and 6 yo, have finally come around to enjoying dentist visits, too. You immediately are put at ease that you're in the best of care. The quality work is clearly top level but I'm just so appreciative of how they treat you as a person. There's so much love and respect in that office and it's just so enjoyable every time we visit.

Dr. Moncayo is the best. She help you understand your options as well as provide the best service and quality dental care I have had. On top of that the rest of the office is great providing full dental care service from the front office to the technicians. I could not be happier with my service. I came in with major problems and left with none!

I had seen this group a couple times. My insurance changed prior to my last visit, and the group was now considered out of network. I had them call my insurance and find out the cost. The Palisades Dentist told me that even though it was out of network, since it was a preventative care it would be covered in full. After I received my claim, it wasn't even close to being covered in full. I spoke with multiple people at the dental group and insurance company. Dental group did call insurance company, but was told it wouldn't be covered. In the end I had to pay all of the extra costs, because they lied to me about my insurance coverage. Even after all of this, I explained to the Dental group and they took not liability, nor did offer to help with the cost they promised would be covered. Liars!

They are simply the best in the Palisades and I appreciate what they did for me. The ambiance of the office is very positive and relaxing.
