Our dental team is specially trained for orthodontics for all ages, children and adults. It is our goal to help you achieve a smile for a lifetime. We hope that every visit to our office is pleasant and enjoyable, and we will always treat you with respect in providing quality orthodontic treatment. Timothy E. Hughes, D.M.D. is a licensed specialist in the field of Orthodontics. Dr. Hughes received his B.S. degree from Wofford College, and his dental degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed a general practice residency at the Medical College of Georgia, and an orthodontic residency at Boston University. He is a member of the Greenville County Dental Society. Dr. Hughes is also a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, South Carolina Orthodontic Association and the Southern Association of Orthodontists. He is married to his wonderful wife Katherine and has two terrific children, Elizabeth and Claibourne.
Meet Angie! She is our awesome Office Manager! Angie has been working for Dr. Hughes since 2002. She is married with 4 beautiful children. When she is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, cooking and watching soccer! We love our Angie, and we know you will too!
Meet Hanna! She has been one of our Clinical Assistants since 2019. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Stephen. When shes not at the office you can typically find her cooking and decorating. She brings so much fun and laughter to our work days! She is so great at making everyone comfortable when they come in for their visits!
Meet Ashton! She has been one of our Clinical Assistants since 2018. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Caleb. When she isnt at the office, she is spending time with her family and friends! She loves to hike and ride on the boat with her husband and their golden doodle, Paisley. You will always find Ashton smiling at the office!

Dr. Hughes has been our orthodontist for all of our children (except one that didn't require braces and one more to go). He did an excellent job on everyone; he is caring and very detailed. The entire staff is awesome and all go above and beyond to ensure that your needs are met. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hughes and his team to anyone needing orthodontist work!

Dr. Hughes is an amazing orthodontist! His team of assistants are absolutely amazing and they make sure you are comfortable and treat you just like family! One of the assistants also speaks Spanish which makes me feel right at home!

My teeth were in very bad shape before coming to Dr Hughes and his team. I've been coming to him for a while now and everyone is always nice and pleasant. I've had nothing short of the perfect experience here and I highly highly recommend Dr Hughes and his team to anyone (starts to whisper).... Just becareful because he likes to look at the old photos of your teeth a lot for comparison to how they look now lol. He's a good man and I'm glad I came here.

Dr. Hughes has done a wonderful job giving my family beautiful smiles. Everyone in the office is extremely kind and professional, from those working the front desk to the ones working on their patients' smiles. We wouldn't trust anyone else.
