Jessica needs more training on her attitude and how to talk to customers. I'm happy to help if needed. I am not happy at all. I took time off work and waited a full 2 months for this appointment and the lady was so rude and they didn't bother telling me I would get charged $280 till the day of. Waste of time and they aren't upfront. I'm so sick of wasting my time.please don't say you're sorry I had a bad experience. Your staff is rude and didn't bother going over charges. Jessica n

Having all 4 wisdom teeth extracted at age 28 went way more smoothly than I expected. Dr. Rodenberg educates his patients how an excited attending doc would teach his students. "Rx" ice cream is a memorable touch. They called to follow up even though I am terrible at picking up my phone. Appreciated it though! I'm alive and well

The entire staff at The Oral Surgery Center has been wonderful. I was quite anxious for my son's surgery and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. Dr. Rodenberg did a perfect job and we also appreciate the help from Luis -- he was fantastic!! Everyone was so kind and patient. Within an hour or two of getting home, someone called to make sure he was doing well. A few hours later, Dr. Rodenberg called to make sure it is all going well and his pain is under control. My son felt perfectly back to normal within a few days. Thank you so much to everyone!

During covid I had a tooth pulled at The Oral Surgery Center. I walked in there with pain & walked out feeling relieved & thankful. The Dr. & his team took the time explaining the procedure. It was an over all pleasant experience given the situation.

These guys are great! I was referred here to have a molar extracted. Having never had a tooth pulled, and the fact i had no dental insurance i was pretty anxious about the procedure. In the initial consult they were very transparent about their pricing. They were also flexible and offered options to make the procedure fit my budget. Dr. Burns was outstanding; the extraction was super smooth and painless - not nearly as unpleasant as i had expected. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional staff. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER at a dentist office. Sent us home with ice cream and a reusable cold pack, lots of gauze, along with detailed written instructions. They even called to follow up a few hours later! A+

I had a tooth pulled yesterday. I've had a few pulled at different places, Dr Burns and his staff in Woodbury are the best ever. Nothing was done without info being provided. All was done with my best interest first. Very professional with kindness on top. I would not hesitate to return, ya know, I would not go anywhere else. Period.

This would have been a 5 star review; however, our insurance was billed for a dental exam for the consultation which would have been fine, however, my son had his 6 month cleaning a couple days after the consultation and is dental exam wasn't covered by our insurance. No where in our paper work was there anything indicating this and there was no mention of this at the consultation. It would have been nice to be informed that this would count as one of his dental exams for the year. When I called the office, the woman didn't really even care at all. In the future may I suggest that you let the customers know that they will probably be billed, depending on their insurance, for a 6 month cleaning exam when they head to the dentist. For the oral surgery part, the team did a good job and had good follow through with checking up on my son.

Google will only let me rate Woodbury OSC a 5 I rate them 100 I had a great experience! Very professional, cheerful and thorough. Dr Rodenburg and my hygenist (sorry, I was nervous and forgot your name) made sure I was aware of all my options with a vertical fracture. I received all the answers I needed to hear within 10 minutes of walking in the office. The procedure took almost 10 minutes.( I might be off a few minutes. Novacaine hits me hard.) I left fully stocked with medical supplies, mint flavored chapstick and a pain free mouth. Woo hoo!!! I'm giving them all a cybershift high 5.

I had a great experience at the Oral Surgery center. From my first appointment to my last a few weeks ago, I have absolutely no complaints. My procedure went very well! All of the staff was so friendly and helpful! They always greeted me with a smile and Dr. Youssef couldn't have been more professional, understanding and informative. I highly recommend The Oral Surgery Center!

My husband had an implant placed at the Oral Surgery Center. The staff was very kind and patient and the surgeon did a wonderful job! He is VERY pleased with the whole experience and we would highly recommend them!

Normally very friendly people answering the phones. Tonight I spoke with Tammy who was completely rude and condescending right from the start. Definitely left a bad impression.
