Was very nervous like always for anything dental especially a extraction.. Doctor was very straight forward, very knowledgeable. Did a great job and made me feel comfortable. Assistants were very very nice and professional. Billing was up front, no hidden fees. I recommend this place for dental extractions.

I was so nervous to get my four wisdom teeth extracted but Doctor Shearen and his team made me so comfortable from the consultation to the actual procedure. Everyone at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful with insurance and scheduling and the team continues to reach out to check in on me and give me further instructions. I definitely recommend The Oral Surgery Center in New Richmond for anyone looking to get dental surgery!

I don't typically leave reviews but this is must! The staff was great, Dr Brown was phenomenal! My 5year old had a tooth extracted. They kept her calm and comfortable through procedure and she has experienced no pain! Highly recommend this facility!

Dr. Shearen and his team did a great job! I didn't feel judged for my fears or anxiety and I was taken care of in the most professional way. Everything was explained thoroughly from procedure to healing practices; they make it clear that your well being and health is most important. I am SO happy this was the place I chose to take care of my wisdom teeth. Thank you to everyone involved in my appointments here, I appreciate you all!

When I was younger, I had a terrible experience at a dentist office. This resulted in my avoiding all dentists for over 10 years until I needed to get a wisdom tooth removed. I was extremely stressed about this procedure, but Dr. Shearen and staff were amazing. They were all cheery and quick. The last thing I remember was the IV for sedation and then it was over. They even sent ice cream and an ice pack home with me! I would definitely recommend The Oral Surgery Center.

Had a tooth fracture vertically, down into the root. After two infections it was recommended to pull it and install an implant. I have an innate fear of dentists and the vice grip like tools they come at us with, while claiming "You wont feel a thing" Well, this was way easier and painless than I ever expected. They explained what they were going to do and I closed my eyes and when I opened them it was all done.

I was refereed to by my dentist for a wisdom tooth. I was very hesitant about having the tooth removed as it was not bothering me in any way!! Of course, I was told that I needed to have the tooth removed during my consult. Additionally, I was told that sometimes patients could have some nerve damage but I was also told that without looking at my x ray he didn't know if that applied to me. The surgeon also said that sometimes they even leave part of a tooth in if it is by the nerve. (For some reason they didn't have my x ray uploaded yet?) When I went in for my procedure, nothing further was discussed with me. The procedure itself went fine. However, 2 months later and I still have NO feeling in the lower half of my lip and most of my chin!! I did not want this tooth removed! Had someone told me that it was a real possibility that I could have PERMANENT nerve damage, I would have declined this procedure. Now I am out hundreds of dollars and have no feeling in my lip. I don't feel like they had my best interest in mind.

This is a great place if you have anxiety. I was well taken care of. Doc and dental assistant was light hearted and I love that. It helps me to relax. Dr Luke is amazing. Thank you so much for squeezing me in when you did. 10 stars should be given.
