I've recently started visiting this office and I think this is the most friendly, helpful, and talented group of professionals I've seen in a long time. Dr. Hicks is wonderful, and everyone up front absolutely were helpful, easy going, and fun to interact with. I'm thrilled with the dental work I've had done this far and getting a usable appointment time is easy.

I loved Dr. Mizzel however, the hygienist I saw was very rough while cleaning my teeth. My gums bled and bled. No one introduced themselves. I have been to the office before but I think there was a total change in staff. More than likely I will not be back. Not a great experience at all.

If there was a way to give a 10 star review I would!!!! I had been referred to the office by a friend of mine from work. I had a tooth that had been chipped a few months ago that had assessed that was making my face swell. I called in to the office YESTERDAY and I had an appointment set for next Tuesday but woke up super hurting today and went in to see if I could be seen as a walk in around 9:00 AM. I had an X-ray taken and was expecting to set an appointment in a few days for whatever was needed. Dr. Hicklin came in and said "nope we are doing this today" and pulled my abscessed tooth out!!! She was VERY professional and has such a great sense of humor and her assistant Janet was such a kind soul as well. I had a wonderful experience and they even allowed my fiance to come sit with me during the procedure. I think I have finally found my dentist here in Greenville and I recommend ANYBODY looking for an office that is courteous, respectful and fun.....this is your place.

Dr. Mizzell and the team at The Oaks are great. Everyone is very kind and friendly. Our kids actually love going to the dentist because of them. From routine cleanings to emergency care, we highly recommend The Oaks Dental Group!

Dr Hardin can fix anything without pain; the best dentist I've ever been to. The entire staff at The Oaks is great. If you are looking for a new dentist, this place is great.
