10/31/2022 UPDATE: I don't understand or know why, Roxy will not return my calls. When I leave messages and texts. She told me that she was going to call me back, with no response. I am very disappointed now. And I feel that this is unprofessional.

Dr. Torres is an exemplary physician. First visit root canal no pain and surprisingly affordable. Office personnel and assistants are great. Facility and all the medical equipment is super high tech .Torres is a Rockstar!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Torres. After seeing multiple dentists about dental implants I'm so glad I found Dr. Torres. Everyone was always so nice and quick to rerun my calls. Dr. Torres listened to all my concerns and came up with a treatment plan I was comfortable with. Dental implants are expensive but Dr. Torres prices are reasonable and I never had any unexpected surprise costs. My whole treatment took 16 months, there was times I thought it would never end but it was totally worth it.

Spent almost $1300 out of my pocket expenses for 2 crowns and a night gaurd. I'm surprised why he did my crowns when he thought that the nerve was exposed. I've been in pain for the past almost 4 months and he says I need to get root canal. I was told they would make a new night gaurd for me but it was cut and modified. I had so much trust in him but I'm very disappointed the amount we paid and the looks we got from 2 of his front office girls was very painful. As they started with us in a very friendly way but the last visit they acted like strangers. I don't think I will ever go back to them or wouldn't recommend them.

This was the best experience I've ever had, while going to the dentist. My teeth came out perfect. I had full Zirconia Implants,upper and lower. 2 on 10. This was a first class job. And a work of art. Everything was just as promised, no surprises, no problems, no worries. Dr. Torres is the super hero of dental Implants. A true professional that pays alot of attention to detail. And has a true for his patients. My whole life has been changed. The staff was all above and beyond.

Over the Memorial Day Weekend I had a Back Molar tooth implant that Dr Torres installed back in 2018 Failed. Somehow it loosened up and so I called the office first thing on Tuesday 5-31-22. I explained my scenario to Samantha who answered the phone call. She immediately was concerned for my Pain Level asking me a few questions about my tooth. She moved appointments around and managed to get me in that afternoon which was the only time I could get there. Dr Torres worked on me took XRays found out the post had failed removed the old Implant and started the process to install a whole new Implant. He and his front desk lady Roxy gave me a 50% discount on the new implant and that made me very happy. Dr Torres and his Staff are very caring very professional and the office and adjoining suites where he works on his patients is very very clean. They treated me like a king and made me very comfortable throughout the whole procedure which took 2 hours Yikes! Anyhow I highly recommend Dr Toress for all your Dental needs. Trust me you wont be sorry.

They took the time and care to explain everything. I had to have an appointment right away and they made accommodations and were able to see me quickly. They exceeded my expectations and showed diligence and care which is lacking so much today
