I went to Newton Dental Group after having a really bad experience at another dentist that left me in a lot of pain. Dr. Chiou was amazing in helping to fix the issue. Not only did he do an incredible job but, all of the staff there are also amazing. Julie consistently followed up with my insurance company, and always made sure that I was getting the best possible coverage that I could. I highly recommend Newton Dental Group!

Awful place. They did a procedure on my wife and didn't perform it correctly. They invited her back to try to fix it and still didn't fix it. Finally they had the audacity to charge her for the unsuccessful fix.

Dr Chiou and his team at Newton Dental Group are amazing. I have been a patient here for several years. From the front desk to his assistants and hygienists, they are all very skilled, kind, patient and understanding. Dr Chiou does an excellent job at making you feel comfortable and he is an artist at what he does. He replaced four of my bonded front teeth with veneers and crowns, and they look and feel amazing. This was a huge job that took 6 hours. Every minute I was in the chair he and his team made me feel comfortable and was very accommodating. My husband and son are also patients of his practice, and we all continue to have wonderful experiences. I am glad we found a dentist we can trust and who genuinely cares.

Continued excellent care from this team of ultimate professionals! I never thought I could be a person who enjoyed getting a cleaning but between the clean office, soft music, and gentile staff, I am completely at ease and leave feeling rejuvenated like I had a trip to the spa. Lovely, thank you! Prior post 2017 Absolutely excellent service from the text message reminders, to the front desk, to the dental assistant, to the dentists themselves! Gentile, clear and honest, up front about cost, clean, and patient centered- I can not say enough about this dental group! I drive past a lot of other dentists to get to this one and I am happy to say that I will continue to do so for a long time! Thank you Newton Dental Group!

I continue to have excellent experiences with Newton Dental Group. Cleaning, a filling, knowledgeable, caring, consistent! The hygienists, Lisa, Alex, are really wonderful, capable and thorough. Dr. Chiou is a genuine man and a talented dentist. I am so glad I found them! Thank you!

It's not easy to find a great dentist. If your mouth is lucky enough to be cared for by The Newton Dental Group, you know how lucky you are. For the past 5 years, Dr. Brendon Chiou and his team have done the basics exceptionally well (hygienists are superb!) and the more involved work (like crowns) with skill and efficiency.

Dr. Chiou and the entire team at The Newton Dental Group are superb. From the front desk, to the hygienists, and Dr. Chiou himself they take their time to ensure their patients are comfortable and informed. The office provides a calm environment for anyone that may get anxious at dentist visits. Over the last few years they have made every one of my visits a breeze! Thank you all

Dr. Chiou and his team are excellent! My wife and I have been going here for years and it is always a pleasurable experience (even though dentists are usually anything but!). I would highly recommend Newton Dental Group to anyone looking for a great dentist.

This is by far the best dentist I've ever been too. I usually hate the dentist but the office is gorgeous and modern, all the staff is super nice and they remember all details about you and your life which makes a big difference. Dr. Chiu is one of the nicest doctors I've ever been to. He's super honest and kind. Highly recommend for a dentist.

I left a 5 star review 2 years ago, and feel the need to update this, with another 5 star. I have never left a review for anybody, ever, but Dr. Brendon Chiou is absolutely fantastic. The overall office is very friendly and professional, and he explains everything. They are extremely responsive and his responses are always thoughtful. Also completely honest and trustworthy (during some work they said they would make a decision to do some additional work on a neighboring tooth during the procedure, and when they would see it better they saw it was fine and told me I didn't need the extra work). I'm a little worried every time I go to the dentist, but Dr. Chiou is clearly both an expert and truly looks out for his patients. If you are looking for a dentist anywhere remotely close to Boston, this is the one.

I am a patient of Dr. Chiou for many years now. I have a very long history with dental problems and bad decisions, but now, with Newton Dental Group, I feel confident at last that I am in the best hands. Each time I come in completely relaxed and I know that Dr. Chiou will do the best possible. Dr. Chiou and his team ( especially Julie!) are the most professional, kind and considerate.
