He completed a general practice residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in 1993. While there,Dr. DalBonreceived advanced training inall phases of general dentistry, as well asinthe management of severe facial trauma and full mouth reconstruction.
In 2012, Dr. DalBon received his Certificateof Proficiency in Er:YAG and Nd:YAG lasers from the Academy Of Clinical LaserTechnology. Dr. DalBon isone of the only dentist in the stateof New Jersey trained to useEr:YAG, Nd:YAG, Er:YSGG,CO2 and diodelasers for both hard and soft tissue treatment.
Nikki is our Patient Care Coordinator. She has many years of administrative experience in the dental field. Nikki has enhanced her knowledge by attending many dental continuing education courses and seminars. Nikki is committed to helping patients achieve their dental goals by assisting them with financial planning through our third party financial companies and by maximizing their dental insurance benefits. She also helps to keep your smile healthy by scheduling and coordinating all of your dental visits. Nikki has a friendly demeanor and the first person to welcome you when you enter our office.
Kelly was introduced to the dental field as a sophomore in high school. After starting as a dental assistant, she discovered her enthusiasm for dental hygiene. Kelly attended Bergen Community College, School of Dental Hygiene and in may of 2002 graduated at the top of her class as a Registered Dental Hygienist. In 2021, she enhanced her career by attaining her anesthesia license thru St. Joseph's Regional Medical center. Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys. Some of her hobby's are reading, nutrition, fitness and traveling.
Krystal has always had a genuine passion in caring for others. She attended The Stanford Brown Institutewhere she excelled in all her classes graduating top of her class. After completing her studies as a dental assistant Krystal has gained many years of experience in assisting patients of all ages and always does her best to make sure you feel safe and comforted in the dental chair. Krystal is married and is a loving mother of both a teenage son and a young daughter. Kyrstal loves spending time with her family and in her free time she enjoys doing hair and makeup as a Certified Cosmetologist.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Dalbon for a few years now, and all I can say is my experiences have been nothing but extremely satisfying. His staff is very professional, polite and really skilled. I always leave with a beautiful smile.

From the time you walk in the door and your greated by Nicky until the time you leave your treated like your at a spa or resort. You don't feel like your at the dentist office. Dr. Dalbon is so kind and gentle he takes his time and does what ever he can to make you feel comfortable. THE BEST!

My entire family has been cared for by Dr. Dalbon for more than 20 years. The professionalism of his practice is beyond measure. Dr. Dalbon uses the latest technology in a friendly and family type atmosphere. Simply put, they're the best!!

I always have the greatest experience at Dr.DalBon's office. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. You feel like family from the moment you walk through the front door. Nikki always greets you with a friendly smile. My cleaning is always thorough but gentle. Thanks Kelly! What I'm most happy about was my experience today with Dr. DalBon and his assistant Krystal. They did an amazing job transforming my smile. I was always self conscious about the child hood trauma I had on my front tooth and now I can smile big. This is an outstanding dental office to go to!

Been coming here for years!! Always friendly and take great care. Very professional when changes to specific personal dental routines need to be adjusted. Always great to see and hear about the progress when returning for six month visits! Never afraid when the visits are quickly approaching! Highly recommend.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Dalbon for over 20 years! He is by far the best dentist ever and his staff really is the best! Every experience I've had has been a positive and pain free one. I have recommended Dr. Dalbon both family and friends and have heard nothing but positive things from them as well! Definitely come here if you are looking for a new pain free dentist !

This is a tremendous practice. I am visiting from Florida and needed something checked on my teeth. I am visiting my family and they live about 30 minutes away. I searched around online and finally found this office. Nikki who works up front listened to all of my concerns over the phone, was very patient and understanding. She scheduled me in right away. I was able to meet with Dr.DalBon in his office and discuss all of my concerns. He was also very understanding and took care of everything I asked for. I am very happy because now I know I have a dentist I can visit when I am in New Jersey. If I lived here I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even if it was an hour drive, it's worth it. Crystal the dental assistant was also extremely nice and comforting. I have visited a lot of dental offices in my life and you can tell this is top tier practice. Thank you again !

Such a pleasant experience at Dr. Dal Bon's office. (my former dentist recently retired.) Delightful staff, best cleaning I have ever had by such a gentle-touch hygienist. I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Joe and his Team. His office and waiting area is very relaxing and it sets the mood for the entire experience. He walked me through everything step by step so I knew exactly what to expect, and Dr. Joe provided me the highest level of care and expertise throughout my visits. His Team makes everything very easy afterwards making the whole experience a breeze. It was a pleasure all around and would highly recommend.
