Just wanted to say "Thank You" again for the wonderful dental service given to me last Wednesday October, 24th. My entire experience was seamless, from the intake process at the reception's desk to my overall dental work from Dr. E... that included dental cleaning and review. Possibly my best dentist experience ever. The entire staff did an amazing job to make me feel comfortable and even fit me in the same day for a procedure to relieve my horrible toothache. I was very scared of the procedure and was expecting a lot of pain, but no way! TT and DR.E made sure I felt minimal pain, explained everything to me thoroughly, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I feel great, I feel confident, and I'm looking forward to my future visits. They really are ideal dentists...

Didn't know that there was a new doctor at this location. I had to get part 1 of my plan done today with a doctor I've never met lol. Even though that made me freak out a little, he was really nice and informative. He made me feel comfortable and I appreciated that.

If you love to be treated with respect, kindness, and comfort, this is your place. They are not only nice but soo patient. Titi is the best ever, she made me comfortable and relaxed the whole time.

The assistant from Fayetteville came in and did a great job with my work. She is a valuable asset to your company and I hope you all are aware of this. The one who was there took 6 times to cast my tooth and it still wasn't right. She did it 2 times and it didn't work. The one from Fayetteville was there for me 3rd time and did a excellent job. Keep her and your business will grow.I transport clients there and will give you A GREAT REVIEW

At 33 weeks pregnant, I can so tell this team was very caution and well trained of taking care of my baby and I! When I first walked in, I was welcomed with smiles and joy! The team was almost immediately ready for me once I finish my paperwork! Doctor Kim is a phenomenal!! He took his time and chat with me, explained me ways to improve my cleaning during the pregnancy! Overall, I recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a dentist!

Between the chairside manner of Dr. Kim, the dental knowledge of T.T. and the professional acumen of Tania, I actually had an explanation of how my dental hygiene habits impacted my teeth, and how these affect me. Did you know you can brush your teeth too hard? I'm in my 30s and had ZERO idea that was a thing. Other dentists are good, sure, but very rarely does the whole team take the chance to explain things, which is hella nice of them I actually have new habits now that seem like maybe they have a decent chance of sticking, which just goes to show how good these folks are at their jobs. Appreciate y'all!

Ideal was clean and bright. Personnel were helpful and courteous. The dentist was careful and gentle, explaining his comments and using 3D camera pics to show the areas of concern. His approach seems conservative and watchful. I'll be back! PG in Morrisville

This was my first time at this location so I needed a full consultation. Making an appointment online was very simple and I love that you can fill out all those forms ahead of time. I went in about 10 minutes early as suggested and didn't wait too long to get back there. Grace (I think that was her name) welcomed me and led me to the exam room. There was a little bit of delay and Grace was very nice and apologized for the that. Grace and TT did my x-rays/imaging and it went very well! They explained what they were doing (I didn't even have to ask!) and made it as painless as possible. Dr. Kim was friendly and didn't waste any time getting to work. TT and Dr Kim worked very well together and it seemed like a good work environment which put me as ease. I expressed financial concerns (even with insurance) and Dr Kim was accommodating and understanding. He gave me his professional opinion and no one in the office tried to pressure me to get extra work done if I didn't want to. I will definitely be back!

This place has changed names more than I can remember in 2 years. My last experience was the last strike, wait 45 minutes for my basic cleaning appointment. A new doctor was there and when I questioned his diagnosis he questioned if I "went to school to read xrays." The tech polishing my teeth seemed like she did not know how to use the equipment which lead to a painful experience. I will be finding a new dentist.
