Having spent the large part of his career dealing with the special needs of senior dental patients, Dr. Mantoni founded The Mobile Dentist in 1998. He has pursued his interest in improving the dental health of our senior population through expansion of the mobile dentist system, continuing education and research in the field of geriatrics.

The Mobile Dentists goal is to work together with residents and facility staff to create an environment of good oral health. We realize that changes associated with aging present challenges to maintaining an oral health program. To a senior faced with physical limitations, a single trip to the dentist can be a frustrating, exhausting ordeal. We want to minimize any difficulties by making our dental services as accessible as possible. We are dedicated to providing a professional, comprehensive dentistry program to aid in the overall well-being of your residents and to preventing poor oral health in the senior community.

The Mobile Dentist is a complete mobile dual-operatory dental office. All general dental services can be provided by this state-of-the-art dental office on wheels. Our 30-foot, custom-built coach can provide on-site comprehensive dental treatment using onboard generators, compressors and completely equipped dental operatories.

Dr. Bob has spent the last 35 plus years assembling one of the most clinically competent and ethical groups of dental professionals are in the country. What started in 1978, following his graduation from the University Of Maryland School Of Dentistry, as a small two chair dental practice is now a 3,500 square foot state of the art dental office offering virtually all dental procedures, from preventive care to implant and cad/cam restorative procedures. This traditional family and cosmetic dental practice located in Silver Spring, Maryland serves the general population of patients with the highest levels of expertise and compassion.

To satisfy his concern for the senior and underserved populations in our society Dr. Mantoni founded The Mobile Dentist in 1998. This mobile dental practice provides onsite comprehensive dental care to senior living facilities, homeless shelters and military installations throughout the area. By utilizing custom built mobile dental clinics, the staff of The Mobile Dentist has the ability to delivery uncompromised dental care to any location in the area.

Dr. Marshall Madow graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1983, where he was a member of the Gamma Pi Delta Honorary Prosthodontic Society. He was also the recipient of a Governor's Citation in 1992 for his continued commitment to the people of Maryland. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, traveling, and is the drummer in an eighties rock music tribute band.

Zuly was raised in California and moved to Virginia in 1996 and is a Dental Assistant certified by the Dental Assisting National Board. She joined our office in 1998 and is our Patient Care Coordinator and the Contract Specialist for AFRH in Washington, DC.

Dina is a retired military Veteran with countless years of people management experience and holds a degree from Georgia Military College. Dina takes pride in her job as a business manager working and collaborating with various business clients and dental insurance companies to ensure patients always get what they need to achieve and show off that 'perfect smile'. In her free time, she loves cruising the Caribbean Islands with her family and riding her Harley alongside her husband.

Wendy is a proud Maryland native. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Maryland. Wendy also holds a license from the District of Columbia. She is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. Wendy has worked for Dr. Mantoni for over 25 years. When she is not creating beautiful smiles, Wendy rides a motorcycle, teaches and plays volleyball. She also likes to read and travel.

Karen is a Maryland Qualified Dental Assistant that joined our office in 2007. She is originally from El Salvador and moved to Maryland when she was 15. During her free time she enjoys taking long walks in the park with her amazing family.

Judith is a Maryland native that spent 14 years in El Salvador until returning back to Maryland in High School. She is the Mobile Billing Coordinator and has been with Dr. Mantoni since 2012. Judith has two beautiful daughters that she loves spending her free time with.

Idalia is a Maryland native whos family originates from El Salvador. She is our Mobile Coordinator who finds joy in providing our patients and their families the assistance needed in gaining the best dental care possible. In her free time she enjoys going to concerts, spending time with her family and her fur baby King Louie.
