Felt as if I was being taunted on the condition of my teeth and didn't like the attitude of Haley she seemed to catch a attitude with every question and concerns I had and then when asked to speak to the manager she told me she was, with that being said I will no longer take my business or dentures here ever again!!!!! RUN AWAY DONT COME HERE !

Took my dad there they treated him for his dentures and were so disrespectful as if he couldn't understand or hear them talking about his teeth in a negative manor had they phones out taking pictures and making jokes he named a few he could remember specifically (Chrissy, Suzi, Hailey) we will take our business elsewhere

Felt very uncomfortable while coming here. While they were looking at pictures of my teeth I caught the ladies, Chrissy & Suzi, laughing at the size of my overbite which was very disturbing. When I asked what they were laughing about I was told "don't worry about it". Service was just horrible & I'll never come back here again.

Hi my name is brack brewer I have had a wonderful experience I'm usually terrified of the dentist not here they make me feel so calm I know I'm in good hands from the front office to the the dentist assistant and definitely the dentist love this place

Absolutely cannot say enough things about this office our initial encounter with Susy was amazing appointment setting was so easy! The dentist I saw was very through and very professional, compassionate and patient

For a dentist office this is a nice place, people are nice and if you don't have insurance they offer different discount plans that you can purchase for future visits. Prices are very reasonable. If you have insurance they tell you what is covered and no surprises, I appreciate that..

My family all come to mchenry dentist and today I went in for my 6 month cleaning and I felt like they went above and beyond to meet my needs. Took their time and felt like they got every inch of my teeth.

i've had issues with my mouth that these dentists have over looked until issue became physically noticeable, as they claimed there were no issues when really there was. if you have serious issues going on with your mouth i strongly suggest to go to another place that cares enough to listen to you, and not push the question away. i've had quite a few issues with this facility than i should of, with surprise last minute bills i am not warned about along when i ask ahead of time, over procedures i need and apparently can only happen at that time then and there. i've had my front tooth fixed here 3 times,twice because the add on filler fell off over an uneven job from the previous dentist there and they just added more filling instead of breaking it off. i had to pay for the last one. dentist after dentist talks smack about whoever worked on my mouth last, and they all are at this same facility. so, it's a very weird environment. bad communication. and now we have to call in the same day we want our appointment scheduled??? as a mom that was crazy to hear. last straw that made me go karen mode and write this review. it really has been an exhausting experience the last few years with them, there were more issues that were not included in this post

Do not waste your time here. Tech was nice but the dentist was completely rude about my teeth with no backstory. Didn't even bother to ask. Had me leave there crying by the way she talked to me about something I'm already self conscious about. You're better off finding a different dentist that will actually listen to your concerns and talk to you professionally and go through the options I didn't know that I had. I've already gotten most of the work done by another dentist and feel comfortable smiling again. Don't be rude to people because of the way their smile looks.

As a new accepted patient, i was treated very nice by all the staff, very clean and comfortable settings, dr was very thorough and explained my current condition, and offered multiple plans for me to consider for my future dental needs extremely satisfied with the mchenry dentist, I've have a good feeling, I've found my permanent dentist for my dental needs, thank you very much! When I first came here a couple months ago they wanted my social security number. I have a discount dental plan. Not insurance. Red flag! They said I have to pay in cash. Cant use a debit card or a credit card. Red flag #2. They started a root canal. The dentist did not go deep enough and was hurting bad. They had me come in and she went deeper still not getting the nerve. They charged me an emergency visit when I paid for the entire root canal and thats part of the job where the person goes back as many times as it takes to make sure the entire nerve is gone. Red flag #3. Then the next visit she went deeper and finished the job. Not waiting another week or two to make sure she got it all. She rushed it and ran with the money. Now she wont open it back up to fix it. Still hurts and still sensistive. She said its a perfect job. 3 times and still cant get rid of the nerve and now its perfect? Do not go here. They only care about money. They dont return after hours calls. I am going to Mchenry court house and look into filing a claim thru small claims court. Terrible business. Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else. Im out $1200 with a tooth that is not done correctly. Live and learn.

Had a wonderful experience. Was in so much pain with a tooth that I need removed and called many other dentists who couldn't get me in to remove it for months.. called them and they got me in the same day and pulled it. They always work with my busy schedule and provide the best care. 100% recommend, they're amazing.

I was told 6 months ago I had 3 cavities. Miraculously this last time I went they all disappeared....and while I appreciate the quicker service, I didn't leave with that clean feeling I appreciate after the dentist
