Like traveling, pediatric dentistry is my passion. It brings the same requirement of needing to be bendable and adaptive to the unexpected. I appreciate each child for who they are, enjoy learning about their past experiences and dreams for the future, and care for each with patience, empathy, and understanding.
I hope by bringing a positive, can-do attitude, and providing an enjoyable and safe environment, I am able to create a good framework for children. I want my patients to have a lifetime of good oral health and bright, wonderful smiles!
Growing up in a family with many members in the medical field, Dr. Rhiannon Holcombe knew at an early age she wanted to do the same. While completing her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science at Texas A&M University, she did a rotation through different medical specialties and one was with a pediatric dentist. She knew, immediately, that she wanted to work with children in dentistry.
After graduating Cum Laude, Dr. Holcombe attended Baylor College of Dentistry, graduating with honors and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS). Following dental school, she attended the University of Illinois at Chicago Residency Program, completing her specialty training witha degree in pediatric dentistry and Master's degree in Oral Science.
She knows it is important for children to feel safe and comfortable visiting the dentist, as that helps them form a lifetime of good dental habits. Receiving spontaneous hugs or cute drawings, and seeing a childs impulsive grin after cleaning or fixing their teeth, makes her day!
Since completing her residency, Dr. Holcombe has actively sought-out opportunities to further develop her knowledge and skills. Through continuing education, she stays current with the latest technologies, newest methodologies, and emerging research in pediatric dentistry.
Originally from Irving, Texas, Dr. Holcombe has called Chicago home since 2005. She is in a committed 16year relationship and the couple welcomed their first child, a girl, in July 2021. They also have three dogs: aflat-coated retriever, golden retriever, and a Shih Tzu.
Dr. Holcombes other great passion beyond childrens healthy smiles is travel, especially overseas. She feels it brings patience, wisdom, perspective, and appreciation. As a traveler to another country, it is essential to adapt and adjust to the unexpected. One must understand different kinds of people, try new-to-you foods that one might or might not want to eat, and explore and celebrate other cultures.
This is the same orientation she brings to each child she has the honor to care for: Dr. Holcombe treasures their unique and dynamic personality, and appreciates how each little one broadens her world!
Dr. Lee is a pediatric dentist who is passionate about preventive care and helping kids form good dental habits from an early age. Dr. Lee loved going to the dentist as a child and realized the impact this had on her future dental visits and even in her choice of career. With this personal experience, making kids' dental visits comfortable and even enjoyable is one of her top priorities.
Dr. Lee was educated on the east coast. After earning a degree in Neuroscience from Wellesley College, she attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. Dr. Lee completed further training in NYC. She was a chief dental resident during her general practice residency at NYC Health + Hospitals. She then specialized in pediatric dentistry at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, where she received comprehensive training in all aspects of pediatric dentistry.

Moving into our clinic, we have TVs on the ceiling above the treatment chair and kids get to choose what they want to watch. We also offer multiple flavors of toothpaste and fluoride and let the child decide what appeals to them.

Dr. Lee was beyond amazing with my 3 year old daughter. She had to get multiple cavities treated and I was beyond nervous for her. Dr Lee and her staff made my daughter and myself feel very comfortable during our appt. Our entire experience was great!

The Loose Tooth are always professional and friendly. My daughter has had multiple procedures and they have managed to keep her calm. She is never afraid and always has nothing but good things to say. She is only 7!! I recommend Loose Tooth to everyone with children they are Great!!!

This is the second time I've been to a pediatric dentist with my son. Found this place on google through other reviews. I'm glad to say I thoroughly enjoyed the time there and my son did to! I loved the environment very kid friendly as well as the staff. I think this is a great place for kids they create a warm and inviting atmosphere for kids.

My daughter was so scared to go in for surgery and these ladies over at the Loose Tooth made her feel so comfortable and at ease!! I would highly recommend them!

This place is amazing, my daughter had her very first visit ever with the dentist and she was very nervous about it. After the appointment she was so happy and excited about her prizes. I am one happy mother. Madie was amazing and helpful when it came to scheduling the appointment. She answered all my questions. When I called the second time around just to confirm everything, Celeste answered the phone and she was helpful and sweet too. The dentist Holcombe was super sweet and nice when it came to explaining the xrays and how well everything went. My daughter is happy and wants to get her teeth sparked (fluoride) again. Thank you!!

Was such a hard time sending my toddler in by herself for some teeth treatment but everyone is so friendly and I especially loved being asked if I'd like to peek in to check on my child to help ease my mind!

I have been taking my kids to a place in joliet every six months. My child's tooth was so bad and had an infection I looked for a pediatric dentist and found loose tooth since the joliet isnt doing there job. From the moment my child was checked I felt so much better. The people there at loose tooth are so sweet and helpful. The joliet place hasn't fix any cavities my kids had and they got so much worse. Loose tooth made my baby feel so safe and comfortable I've now set up an appointment for all 3 of my kids

So far, have been taking my daughter here for a few years now. From where we were this place is a million times better! They know how to word everything so a child is comfortable and will not freak out.

My daughter was seeing another dentist that for some reason had no care in the world for her teeth & let it go to where an infection took over .... The loose tooth staff was absolutely so kind & took immediate action to help my daughter & if it wasn't for this dentist , my daughters infection could've went through her body . The loose tooth dentist is also helping my toddler (who has adhd) with her teeth & they are so kind to her & she doesn't trust very much so the fact she trusted you guys to take pictures , it's amazing !! Thank you loose tooth !! Im excited to have my girls grow with an amazing doctor & staff !! I'd recommend them to anyone .

This was my daughter's first time here and from start to finish my experience was amazing! The entire staff was super friendly and they made both myself and my daughter less nervous. I was an anxious momma and they put me at ease letting me take a peek at her and giving me updates throughout the process. I'm so happy I decided to go to this pediatric dentist. They definitely exceeded all my expectations. Thank you so much!

The dentist was great with my anxious child. We were referred here after my daughter became combative during a procedure at a different dentist. This place was amazing and she came out of the procedure all smiles! A+
