(Translated by Google) The doctor is very good but what is reception the lady at the front is tremendously bitter and hateful that's why I took my 4 children out of there they lost 4 patients because she is an unpleasant person I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL and when I manage to file my complaint with him doctor he did nothing about that ignored my complaint. So if they have a problem, they know that they will ignore everything there because they called their central office and they stayed the same and did nothing. If they go there they know what they are up to LUCK! But very bad attention due to lack of professionalism. (Original) El doctor es muy bueno pero lo que es recepcion la senora del frente es tremenda amargada y odiosa por eso saque a mis 4 hijos de ahi perdieron 4 pascientes porque ella es una persona desagradable NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA y cuando logre poner mi queja ante el doctor el no hizo nada respecto a eso ignoro mi queja. Asi es que si tienen un problema saben que ahi todo lo ignoraran por que llame hasta la central de ellos y quedaron igual no hicieron nada. Si van ahi saben a que se atienen SUERTE! Pero muy mala atencion por falta de profesionalismo.

First I wasn't told I had to fill out thing before going there. So I had to reschedule. Than I called from the hospital with an emergency while test are being done on my son which we unexpected and now they are charge $50 for an appointment only. Money hungry and didn't even do their job right to begin with. Had they done it right the first time I wouldn't have had to reschedule.

Do NOT go there if you have any love for your children! My 9 year old son broke 2 teeth while playing baseball and I took him there to get them fixed. This was the most expensive quote I received from the 3 places I took him (1 of the other 2 was fully covered by insurance), yet I still decided to do the procedure here because the doctor assured us no place will do the work with so much care and that's what matters most to us. Less than a week after the teeth being fixed, the pieces began to fall off on their own in the middle of class. He was not chewing, students wear masks due to covid - so he wasn't sticking anything in his mouth at the time, and he randomly felt that the pieces began to loosen and fall off. My sons teacher called us, we picked him up and took him back to this office. The doctor said that he was sorry but that his work was already done and that there if we wanted to fix it, we had to pay all over again - REALLY????? You can not offer AT LEAST a one week warranty of your work? What type of work is that? Mind you, this time the insurance will not cover their part, so we have to pay even more. Why would I pay AGAIN for a job that obviously was not done correctly? So that I have to pay again and again every week? This was the most unethical experience I ever lived. DO NOT TRUST THAT PLACE!

Dr. Acosta is amazing with his patients. I've been taking all my kids to him for years & my children look forward to their dental visits thanks to Dr. Acosta's patience and care. Lovely staff as well.

Dr. Damian is the best! The office is clean and I felt safe with everything happening with covid. My son felt comfortable with Dr. Damian and didn't have a tantrum. I'll be coming back in six months!

I have been coming to this Children's Dentistry office for the past 9 years. I have always feel well satisfied and happy with the great services they offer. Their staff is well prepared, and would always make your kids feel part of the family. I would 100% recommend this place if you are looking for professional, and knowledgable people to work for your childrens dentistry health.

Visited this office yesterday. Very clean office following all cdc guidelines. Front desk staff very friendly. My kids felt very comfortable with the dental techs while getting their cleaning and xrays. I was a little worried for my youngest son since he gets nervous having dental work done but the tech made him feel at ease. As far as the dentist, Dr. Acosta he was great ! He joked with my kids and made them feel comfortable while doing their check-up. Overall it was a great experience and my kids will definitely return again. Thank you Little Tooth Doctor !!!!

Was there for my kids checkup and cleaning. Overall excellent service. My kids were happy to be there with the great friendly staff. The dental techs were very professional they did great work and kept my kids calm during their cleaning. My kids were happy and so was I. Dr. Acosta is very good with kids and joked with them to help them feel comfortable. We will definitely return again.

I used to attend another Pediatric Dentist because it had a lot of toys and stuff to entertain the kids. But I had to leave due to the service being so horrible. And that's when I found this gem. It's not about what a place has to offer, it's how your kids are treated. Both of my kids have been attending here for 5 years now! We cannot be more than happy with the level of service and kindness we receive from The Little Tooth Doctor. Dr. Damian Acosta and his staff go above and beyond with their patients. It always makes my kids less nervous and feel at home. He's incredibly great with kids, so don't think twice about coming here. When I come here it's like coming home to a family owned place. We highly recommend this place! You will not regret it!
