Just go somewhere else. Went in for my child to have spacers placed where they pulled his teeth, and they did a separate procedure without my consent and didn't place the spacers like we were there for.

My child went there for a few visits. Most of these were cancelled and rescheduled by them last minute. They always allowed us in the room until this last time. The appointment was for spacers to be put in. They did not do spacers and UNKNOWINGLY filled a cavity instead. The staff updated dad in the waiting room that they "did the top but the bottom has to be rescheduled" they did not say filling, he assumed spacers. The only reason we knew spacers were not installed is visual inspection of our child's mouth. Hes 5. He does not know what's done. They did something without our permission. Would not let us in the room with our child when they did everytime before. Lied to us. Ai called and asked someone to call me, no one has. NEVER AGAIN.

Welp, we had our first visit and we will never be back. The reason I went here was because they said they could see my kids simultaneously, so I wouldn't have to wait through back to back appts. Well, they took them back to back anyways. I called the morning of our appt to confirm that masks were required in their office. I show up and not one staff member was wearing a mask? Okay... then they didn't have any patients or waiting parents put one on either? So, how are masks required then? I also did not like how they don't write down all the detailed care instructions and follow-up needs for your kids anywhere. They just tell them to you once and expect you, as a non-dentist, to remember this huge info dump for multiple people. Not helpful, not fast, not clean. The dentist takes MassHealth but the orthodontist there does not by the way, so you'll have to referred out if you need that kind of work done.

Love this place! Always running on time and gets the kids in and out quickly. Wall decor is kid friendly and staff are all kind people.

It was very effective . The room I was in had a air purifier and my dentist wore two masks plus a face shield. Every patient waited in their car until they were brought into the building one by one.

We love this place. They have always been very sweet with the kids but very honest and tells them like it is. My daughter who is just now a teen and doesn't have great oral hygiene (which I'm aware of and trying my best, but doesn't listen to) they told her like a mature teen about her oral hygiene and what would happen if she didn't change her habits. They didn't sugar coat it. Which I appreciate. My kids also have special needs and they know how to handle them and we've never had a meltdown with them. I highly recommend them as your child's dentist!!

Hello!! My daughter, Emma, had a great time at the dentist on her last visit. The hygienist was amazing, fun, and made Emma feels very comfortable. First time Emma goes to a doctor's office without crying. Emma had fun and loved it.

The staff at The Kids Dentist are amazing!! They provide the best dental experiences for young children by being caring, compassionate, and completely focused on each child's needs. My son loves going there!!

I went to the Kids Dentist for the first time this past week and I could not be happier. My 10 month old hurt one of her teeth and I had to have her seen pretty urgently and they were able to get me in (being a new patient) very quickly. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. The entire staff was very thorough and I will be switching my other two children there as well.

Hygienist was awesome. Talked with me about child's oral health...very easy to talk with. Didn't feel rushed. She was able to answer questions.

We love the Kid's Dentist, however, there was an elongated wait after the teeth were cleaned to be inspected by the dentist.

Always a great experience even though it's the dentist when my daughter and I go to the Kid's dentist. We drive all the way from Wilbraham for Dr. Mathews and his outstanding staff. Thank you to all of them for making what I know to be a terrible thing for my daughter a pleasant experience.

We've been bringing our 3 boys since 2007. The whole staff is just wonderful. Make the kiddos feel comfortable with colorful rooms and movies playing. A little different right now due to CORONAVIRUS, still very safe but welcoming arrival. Great in-house ortho too!
