Preventative care is one of the simplest and most important ways to make sure your childs teeth grow in strong and healthy. Giving them the proper tools and teaching them the right way to brush when they are young lays the groundwork that will create healthy habits they will carry with them into adulthood.
During a checkup, will your childs hygienist will clean their teeth and, if necessary, take x-rays and give your child a fluoride treatment. The dentist will perform an exam and review if any treatment is needed.
Dr. Al Saad is a board-certified pediatrician and father of two and understands the unique dental needs of children. He believes that childrens dentistry can be fun and enjoyable while still giving his patients the skills necessary to maintain a healthy smile for life. Our office is easily accessible, and we have plenty of parking.

So glad we made the switch to pediatric dentistry. My kids and I are loving The Kids Dentist! The staff and dentists are kind and make going to the dentist fun. I appreciate the way Dr. Saad and his staff take the time to explain things in a very understanding way. My kids are looking forward to their next visit. Thank you.

I really like them! After being through a few kids dentists around in Mentor, this one is the best. Glad they came into town. Keep up the great work. Don't lose the kindness and sencerity you all have.

Awesome dentist, friendly helpful staff, very clean facility. My kids love going here. They love the reward at the end of getting a coin for the toy machine. No anxieties. Very patient staff and dentist.

Very professional. Staff was super nice to my daughter and myself. Facility is very modern and clean. Parent's are able to sit and observe what is going on during the visits. My daughter felt safe and her anxiety was low. Pricing was very reasonable for procedures.

I'm so upset. My son had an appointment today and they told me he didn't. I waited 5 months for this appointment to only be told that he was not on the schedule. The original appointment in February was canceled because the doctor was out and they told me to call back to reschedule. I called back and they gave me an appointment in July. I called in May to make sure he was still on the schedule and I was told that he was. Today they tell me he isn't on the schedule. I am so livid at this point I want my son's teeth fix and I waited so long for this appointment.

We had the best experience at the kids dentist. Staff and Dr alsaad were very professional, kind and welcoming. We were able to do the procedure very smoothly. They help us ease the anxiety and overcome the "fear of dentist". Would highly recommend this practice for all friends and family.

Just phenomenal. They have very friendly hygienists, and the doctor is very friendly, professional, informative, and approachable. He answers all answers with the upmost confidence. His procedures are done with precision and in good timing. My 4 kids have been going here since they first opened. Thank you Jesus for bringing this Doctor to the Mentor Area.

I've called twice to make an appointment for my two young children. The first time I called was to ask if they take our insurance, the receptionist didn't know so she took my info so she could get back to me. Well..she never did and that was probably a month or two ago! Last week, I called the second time, this time to just go ahead and make an appointment regardless of the insurance situation. Called around 2pm Tuesday, spoke with a lady with the "answering service", left her my name, number, kids name etc. And of course was told I would get a call back from the scheduler. Today is Saturday. No one has called me still! I'm honestly disappointed, they have such great reviews and I wanted my children to have a great dentistry experience but I guess the search continues!

This was an amazing experience for our daughter. This was her first time at the dentist and the entire staff did a wonderful job making sure it's a fun and friendly atmosphere for the kids as well as being informative for the parents. Between the sunglasses for the light, the magic tricks and the prize wall, my daughter was sold and how they inform the children of all the tools first before they use them made for no surprises during the visit. I wouldn't take her anywhere else and I'm so glad we found this place. My daughter can't stop talking about how much fun she had and cannot wait to return in 6 months! Thank you kids dentist.

So far we've had a positive experience with this dental office, which is such a relief after what we had to go through with the previous two dentists. Office is new, clean, kid friendly decor. They have a prize wall, where kid gets a coin to choose his/her prize after appointment, which is awesome. Dentist is kind and gentle and my 4 yo felt very comfortable. My kid had 4 cavities filled all at once and it was pretty quick, he was pain free, and was able to lay in chair by himself. I would definitely recommend this office!

My son has special needs and I have never found a dentist and staff that has the patience that is needed to care for him. Our appointment was yesterday and I was dreading it and not wanting him to have an episode and I would have to carry him out. The warm atmosphere when walking in was so refreshing. The staff happily greeted us. My son noticed the hanging yo yo,s right away and was so excited. The dentist came out and met him before taking him back. They were talking and doing tricks with him to get him comfortable. They explained and showed him everything they were doing which kept him at ease. My daughter is one and they were so gentle and caring. This was the first time he was able to get a full cleaning since they normally had to stop do to his sensory issues. Hands down the best experience ever. My son actually said that it was awesome!! I have told everyone about this dentist!!

Love it here and the kids do too. Wish I could have a Saturday option though since I work through the hours. Its hard to have to leave work early or take off the day.
