I don't know which is better, the quality of dentistry that my kids received or the amazing, willing to go above and beyond care that the pediatric dental staff provided. Either way, I'd give them another 5 stars if I could.

We absolutely loved our visit with Kids' Dental Office! Our 4.5yr old son really enjoyed working with Dr. Beinstock & Angel and was excited to tell everyone about his visit. They were thorough and very good about walking us through a few options with his dental care. I'd recommend them to anyone I spoke with.

Absolutely phenomenal. We are so grateful we found this office. Kind, compassionate care for my 2 year old - age appropriate office and wonderful staff. My child is not afraid to go to the dentist - quite the opposite - she is asking when she gets to go back. Highly recommend.

Finally!!! I finally have found a wonderful, over the top, care and dedicated dentist for my child. From the moment when I walked in with my son they greeted us with a smile and so much love. When they were examining and cleaning my child teeth they were very care and patient. Definitely recommended The Kids' Dental Office of Phoenix for any parent.

HIGHLY satisfied with the care and consideration of this entire office. Dr. Bienstock and the entire team puts their patients at ease even when they have a fear of the dentist ( like mine). This office has always been great because of the team but it is under new ownership and has been even better since. There is no detail left unturned, they are super thorough with scheduling, insurance and the office is clean and has all of the bells and whistles for the kids from games, TV's iPads and a toy on the way out. They also offer emergency dental so you know whether it's inside office hours or not your kiddos are taken care of. Can't say enough good things about this office and team, and how at ease we feel coming here!

5+++ stars!! We recently made a move to this dentist office within the last few weeks, and we are SO wonderfully happy with our decision to come to Kids' Dental Office of Phoenix & Orthodontics!! Some of the qualities we were looking for in our search for a new dentist Included talent, proximity, flexibly, front-desk customer care and energy, diversity, transparency, relevance, and safety. Talent - The two dentists that we have seen, Beinstock and Karlin, are incredibly intelligent, personable, and reassuring. We are so pleased with their knowledge of pediatrics dental health as well as their warm bedside manners. Proximity - We needed an office closer to home/school, and this location is perfectly close to everything for our family. Flexibility - With more than one main dentist available, available slots for our first dental appointment was within two to three days of requesting, amazing! Front-desk customer care and energy - Anya and her team are the best greeter and provides an open space to ask questions and clarifications on services with her positive and welcoming character. Diversity - Before setting our first appointment, we sifted through photos on their social media and discovered a vastly wide clientele base, which is very important for our family to support and endorse. Having been in the office twice, we can attest to this office's diverse patient list, and we love it! Transparency - Coming in for a procedure prescribed by one dentist, another dentist performing the surgery provided an honest second opinion without negating initial plans of her colleague and in collaboration of our understanding and consent of the new plan; it was truly a team effort, where the family and the child were main parts of the decision-making. The gently honesty provided solidified our confidence in the success of this office as our children's caring dentists. Relevance - This office truly knows the contemporary families with three touchscreen activity boards available for patients to enjoy in waiting area, festive and simple decor during main holidays, and a clean and modern interior design that is comforting and hip. To boot, Anya is great at promoting their social media boards with monthly raffles, tags, check ins, and reviews. QR code's, handles, and other signs to promote social media can be found tastefully at every corner, and their social media accounts are always moving. This office knows how to keep their families engaged and proud. Safety - Obviously, safety protocols amid the backdrop of a pandemic within an organization are taken into consideration. Every staff member wears a mask, and they require masks from their clients and families. From our experience, all other families in the office are respectful in ensuring they are responsible for their and their kids' cleanliness. Overall, we are soooo incredibly pleased with this office and look forward to a long relationship with Kids' Dental Office of Phoenix and Orthodontics!!
