Dr. Nneka Davis was born in the Bahamas and grew up on the island of Grand Bahama. She came to the United States to attend Barry University in Miami, Florida. In 1996, Dr. Davis completed her Bachelors of Science (BS) in Biology after which she moved to Boston to attended Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. In May of 2000, Dr. Davis completed her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD). From there, Dr. Davis moved to Baltimore to begin her residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Maryland. In 2002, Dr. Davis completed her Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Davis founded the Kid's Dentist in April of 2003. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and Maryland Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She believes in promoting oral health in her community through educating patients, parents and caregivers. Dr. Davis has a passion for caring for children who have limited to no access to dental care. In October of 2014, Dr. Davis had the opportunity to participate in her first dental mission trip with Kids Alive International in the Dominican Republic. She worked with an international dental team in the city of Jarabacoa where they served kids living in poverty. Her experience proved to be very rewarding and as a result Dr. Davis plans to continue participating in mission dentistry on a yearly basis.

Dr. Sherry Honar is a graduate of University of Maryland Dental School, one of the best in the US, and has completed a one-year Advanced General Dentistry Residency. She has years of private practice experience and is a member of national and local dental societies such as ADA, AGD, and Howard County Dental Society. She lives in Ellicott City with her husband and their three kids and enjoys being an active member of her community.

I had been taking my son here for 15 years and my daughter for 3. After Dr. Davis' divorce it seemed the office went downhill. The office staff was always confused and the office manager has very poor customer service. My daughter was scheduled to have a procedure and the information they conveyed was not correct. As a heath professional I had valid questions that the office manager could not answer so she told me she'd have the doctor call. Well the doctor did not call until I said I was going to report the office to the state because I had concerns and instead of the office manager having someone knowledgeable to address them she told me I could go to another provider and was very rude. When the real issue is parents are concerned and frustrated because everyone in the office gives different information. I have even recommended people to her office and they had the same complaints. There has even been times where the staff conversations in the office were concerning and staff was complaining in front of patients, but I tried to look past it and support black businesses. However, this office definitely needs to do better when it comes to professionalism, customer service, and training. I've worked in healthcare for 18 years including Provider Relations and this type of service is very concerning.

Brittany Jackson was very kind over the phone fit me in for a emergency appointment and was a breath of fresh air. Office is clean people are kind I recommend this place.

Omg, I'm so saddened that I even had to write this review. I been taking my kids here over 6 years. Within the last two years has been horrible. Please don't take your kids here they are so rude and unprofessional.

Appointments keep getting rescheduled. Last one was rescheduled 3 times bcs the Dr was off. The office should be aware of Dr availability before scheduling oral surgeries/procedures. This is a great inconvenience to parents that have to request leave from their jobs weeks in advance only to get called a few days before the appointment to reschedule.

This used to be a nice place but that's not the case anymore. I took my children there for their appointment today. We were treated like nothing. They disrespect us, degraded our dignity. I had to leave with my children without receiving any service from them. I actually think they don't deserve the one star. I'd wished there was a zero star

The billing is deceptive. I was told one price before the procedure, then was surprised unpleasantly by a bill in the mail.

Our first few visits went well, but ever since they have had updates in the office I've seen a significant change in their demeanor. We had a good interaction with 1 dentist, but the other one was very annoyed with my questions. Unsure what to make of this. Not really worth driving 30 mins to and from anymore. Will be going elsewhere closer to home with more consistent quality.

If your a young Black mother with small children Do Not I repeat Do Not take your child there. Dr. Dong Lee will judge in degrade you as women and mother, crazy thing is "Dr Dong Lee" is a Black woman herself.

Honestly the worst. The communication is trash between the office & patients. I've been waiting 2 weeks to hear from the OR scheduler and when I called AGAIN for the 3rd time the Leslie mentioned they're still trying to get people from August 2021 scheduled for the OR. My son and I will definitely be leaving

This place use to be a pleasure to take my children to. Now the staff are rude and lazy. They don't answer the phone so that you can make an appointment or speak with them about anything. They don't check their voicemail. The one that does next appointments while in the office seems like she hate her job. She always have a mug on her face and doesn't talk clear. To me she's very rude. They did a bunch of remodeling but took out the staff that kept the patients comfortable. My kids don't like going to the dentist anymore and they are teens. I have to now search for another dentist because this is just horrible.

This dental office is horrible and the staff is even worst. The main dentist is mean and nasty and do not know how to talk to people. I would not recommend this dental office and will be reporting them.

We got there early, called like the paperwork asked, no answer. Called back and left a voice message. At our appointment time I texted the number they gave me just in case they don't check the voice mail very often. 30 mins after our appointment time, no text back or call saying their running late. I had other appointments booked so I sent another text to let them know we were leaving. Still no call or text back. It would have been nice if they called and said sorry for running late, let's reschedule. The dentist might be great, but we'll never know now because we're brining our dental needs elsewhere.

Horrible Experience! Do not recommend this place at all. The manager or whoever is a very rude lady. I have never felt so ill treated by attitude ever. After I verified from my insurance that this is the only place in my zip code for pediatric dentist for my son, i called this place for an appointment. After i went there a week later and after 20 minutes of paperwork she told me that the insurance card i have does not have Member Id and need to verify from the insurance company and started to call the insurance company and when i asked shouldn't this verification happen before i went there, she told me that she is happy to reschedule the appt. after 45 minutes i was there taking an hour off from my work. I rescheduled for a week later and was told they will call once they verify with the Ins Co. When my wife called a couple of days later to see if they have verified then the old lady again told us that we need to come and she will have to verify again and she might not have time before that to verify. We ended up cancelling the appointment.

Do not recommend!! This place is horrible now. I dont know what happened. The new front desk person is clueless and speaks to you like you are below her. I used to love taking my kids here now its like a completely different place. All the remodeling they did seems like a waste.
