This person refused to look at the tooth that bothered me insisting on 15+ shots he needed first. "I need to look at all of the 18 xrays or else I get in trouble". Well, mister, you already are. I must add on my behalf he looked quite assured of himself and sounded heighty, which I think a person in his position SHOULD NOT. His job is to help people in pain. And he REFUSED to do his job completely. I paid for the appointment and left with my pain. Even though i had to travel 35 miles from home to be there, in this particular place, because of the time availability. Genrral hygeinist Jason Hua does not do his job at this clinic:

Just called because I desperately need a tooth pulled and was denied because I have dental insurance. I even offered to pay out of pocket.

Friendly staff. Very deceptive business practices. They tell you $20 and they will bill you IF there is any more. They won't give a cost when you get there. They get you back in the chair, then they dance around about the cost. They tell you they are nonprofit and when you continue to push the issue, they try to charge more than 2 regular dentists I had already checked with. Somebody is making a profit or people that have some income are paying for the ones who don't.

Very friendly staff, always made me feel comfortable & welcomed. I had a tooth extraction in January, which took only 20 minutes. It has healed up very well with no infection or dry socket. They also allowed me to be on a monthly payment plan, along with some sort of discount due to my low income and no insurance at the time. I highly recommend this clinic for others in similar situations as myself.

The only reason I am even giving this place 2 stars is the fact that the entire staff was very nice during the visit. However, I was told on the phone it would only cost $20 for the visit and that, should we decide to do any work, they would accept payment plans and go over the costs with us (during the visit, we were told they did not accept any payments plans). When we got there, we went over the treatment plan from another dentist and the dentist reviewed the X-Rays that we brought ourselves. The doctor asked if we wanted to have our teeth cleaned "real quick" and we said sure (mistakenly assuming that it was included as he never once mentioned how much it cost). The cleaning consisted of some high powered water and a quick polish. 2 weeks later we receive a bill for $80 for the cleaning and $75 for the exam that I was told was covered by the $20. So if you do decide to go there, make sure you ask exactly how much EVERYTHING costs before they even touch you. I would have much rather went somewhere that provided thorough work for the price.

Had the opposite experience as the previous person reviewing. Dr. And staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Financially have worked with us on work that has been much needed
