Always great, Entire family goes here. Great with kids and even got my wife grudgingly saying this dentist listens and does a great job helping her take care of her teeth (she hates dentists due to past experiences). If your looking for a dentist I would recommend James Gang Dental Group.

I first utilized The James Gang Dental Group in 2015 or so and have always found their professionalism, customer service and ability to promptly care for me to be top notch. As I've written in a prior review (that seems to have disappeared), the quality service starts at the front desk and carries through the scheduling, the treatment and the insurance/billing processes. Whether it is a routine cleaning, making a crown or other services, George (dentist) and Lindsey & Dawn (dental hygienists) have been my primary providers and have all been great to work with. I now live in Lacey, WA....quite a drive away.... but still utilize The James Gang to care for me. I wrote this review for them since I used them this week and was again impressed with a positive experience. I believe that quality care/services should be recognized. Oftentimes, we make sure we share the bad experiences we have, but forget to recognize when folks work hard to do a good job.

I recently visited the James Gang Dental Group for a filling. Having a filling done can cause a little stress, but both Dawn and George were great at making it a smooth process. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a very warm greeting from the staff. During the actual filling process, Dawn offered me a very comfy blanket which made the experience very relaxing, and was very kind. Dr. George was very good at explaining the filling process to me in a way that made sense, and was so very nice to me. The whole staff made me feel very welcome. Almost a week after my filling, my teeth feel great. I cannot recommend the James Gang Dental Group enough!

From the moment you walk in the door you're greeted by name from the receptionists at the front desk making you feel right at home. All that I have experienced...from having my teeth cleaned by Michelle, crowns and fillings done by Dr. George, his very friendly and fun dental assistant Dawn, Hygienist Lisa (the best at giving pain free anesthetic), and the incredible modern state-of-the-art technology have made my experiences there outstanding. Highly recommend!! Thanks guys for taking care of me.

Overall, dental experience was fine. The service level was more details a few years ago but recently quality seems down comparing to before. Plus, there was a miscommunication issue causing a billing problem but the office refused to investigate further or escalate up before coming to a solution. It was disappointed on business operations but a lesson learned.

This office had NEVER ONCE contacting me by phone or mail or email to let me know I owed them money beyond what my insurance paid for. my 1st time hearing about it was when collections called me. so unprofessional and illegal. I am currently saving money to buy a house and making sure my credit is good and this office has nothing but horrible lazy people working the front desk that they didnt even think to try to contact me. I would have paid the stupid 200 dollars over the phone if someone would have contacted me. 4 months after I got the deep cleaning that my insurance paid $1000 for that I got sent to collections over, I went to a different office and they said they couldn't even tell I had a deep cleaning and they did a horrible job based on the xrays. THANKS JAMES GANG FOR SCREWING ME OVER

Dr Stuart Ayling: I got 3 fillings done, one out of which still hurts when I chew and it has almost been a month now. Not only that, but I did reach out to him letting him know, and went for another appointment but all he said was something was not right with my "bite" and he fixed it by toning it down. He also told me that the pain will last for a month or two and I should take ibuprofen for the pain. I have been taking it but don't think it is healthy for me at the rate I am taking it. I am very concerned. Other than this, for the last 2 years that I have been going there everything has been good. I even made my girlfriend go there for her filling and root canal and she was all good within a day and had no issues. Just wish he had paid more attention to the teeth instead of gossiping about work colleagues with his assistant.

We love this dental office. We've been going here for almost 5 years. I have 4 daughters, ages 5 - 13. We make one appointment and all 4 of them have their teeth cleaned at the same time. They LOVE going to the dentist. My 5 year old's hygienist STILL has the picture my daughter colored for her up in her cubicle, three years later. The hygienists are wonderful and I trust Dr. Gozstola and Dr. Ayling and know that they have the best interests of our family at heart.

I would like to thank the entire staff for what you have done for me. It is clear what the teamwork and individual integrity do for the business as a whole. Genuine care and courtesy seem to be second nature in the team, leaving a welcoming Ora in the air. Consequently, this leaves the warm cookies, delicious coffee and polite manner of the front desk an added bonus. For the professional and strong work ethic displayed by each individual of the James Gang, I give my sincere thanks and gratitude in giving me the confidence to feel better about myself, as well as, the opportunity to make amazing new friends along the way. I've been coming here for over ten years even though this dentist is no longer in my preferred provider because they are wonderful! I never feel like they are doing more than what is needed, and all my dental work has been long lasting. Never had any fillings/crowns have issues yet and the staff are great.
