I had a root canal with Dr. Lim on 9/23/22 and I just have to say that his work is exceptional. His professionalism and expertise relieved my tooth pain. The root canal took longer than anticipated, yet I felt no pain or discomfort during the procedure. His front office staff was also very friendly.

I Came here for implant my teeth if I do not do implant with them and I must have pay fee for consulting was $150.00. After they check my insurace and insurance said do not cover for implant. I decise to implant with other office becuase the price is more reasonable than The Ivy Institute. now I received a bill and I call them they charged me for $196.00. I told them on the phone when I was there they said only $150.00 now they charge me $196.00. They said they charge me extra becasue they do paper work for insurance, so I do not agree with them to pay $196.00. I only agree pay them $150.00 because they told me they charge me only $150.00 when I do not do implant with them. I told her to honor the price when they told me from beginign, but she did not honor it. I said to her let me think for one day a bout the bill and call back to make a payment. I can't not beleive it because their office look very nice and professional, but they bill me like that! I want to give them ONE STAR for the lowest, but thier office very clean and DOCTOR professional, so I give them two stars.

Awesome staff & experience! I was referred to The Ivy Institute for a root canal, which I finally scheduled two years later... that's a story for another day. Haha... Anyway, the staff at The Ivy Institute are professional and friendly. I even fell asleep during my root canal because I felt at ease and trusted that they would do a great job. I highly recommend The Ivy Institute!

I had to get a root canal re-done and I was referred to Dr. Gee by my dentist. The whole process sounded frightening so I was very nervous about the whole thing. Dr. Gee was an incredible professional, he made the 2 visitas it took to do the procedure pleasant and pain free. He even uses a technique to numb you so you don't feel the needle. I highly recommend him. Thanks so much Dr. Gee!

I had been experiencing oral discomfort for several days and received a referral for a root canal consultation at The Ivy Institute. When I called in Friday morning, I was informed that the office was rather booked. To my pleasant surprise, the wonderful receptionist managed to find a time slot for me. Upon arrival, I immediately observed that the office was immaculate and the ambiance was welcoming. Staff members were polite and friendly, despite being busy. After a pleasant consultation with Dr. Jung, he confirmed that I would most likely benefit from a root canal procedure. Although he wasn't scheduled to work the full day, he was gracious enough to extend his work day and offered to treat me later on in the afternoon. Before, during, and after my procedure, Dr. Jung was incredibly kind and informative. He provided plenty of reassurance throughout the process. His expertise allowed me to feel more at ease and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I'm scheduled to return for a follow-up in two weeks and am surprised to share with you all that I'm actually sort of looking forward to my appointment!! Thank you times a hundred, Dr. Jung! Your generosity and skill set are much appreciated. Thank you for loving what you do.

Dr. David Li is the best. Just had my root canal surgery done and I must praise him. My wife first had her gum surgery done with Dr. Li year ago and that was after her primary dentist screwed it up. She had an infection but dr. Li help my wife to save her tooth. He is the most talented knowledgeable Doctor I've ever been to. He's very patient, kind and takes as much time with you to get the job done right once and for all. I highly recommend Dr. Li

I had the most amazing experience that I have ever had @ The Ivy Institute. I was surrounded by a group of staff & Doctor... (Dr. Sin), who were the kindest & most attentive staff ever! They were very professional & yet completely compassionate in the area of treating me & meeting my needs as a patient. I had dental surgery & they walked me through every step with a loving & kind manner. They worked with me on many different levels to help me suit my needs. Truly an amazing experience for any needed treatment or surgery.
