Wow! Literally the best dentist experience I've ever had. Before today I had not been to the dentist in a LONG time. I received absolutely no shame whatsoever about that or anything else (which has happened in past dental experiences of mine). Every single person I interacted with here was beyond pleasant and helpful. Their price for a new patient (without insurance) was extremely affordable. Everything about this experience was pleasant. HIGHLY recommend. Don't even bother going anywhere else.

I saw an online ad for The Ivory Dental, and what attracted me to make an appointment was the welcoming environment that was advertised. Everything is true! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming! Dr. Yu is amazing and very caring towards her patients! I found my new dental home! I will recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Absolutely incredible experience. The staff was kind, thorough, and professional. The atmosphere was akin to a five star hotel. I would recommend Ivory to anyone and everyone. Looking forward to my next cleaning!

The team at ivory dental was extremely welcoming, informative and compassionate. The facility is new with modern designs and excellent amenities. Thank you to the front desk staff who explained, in detail, my future treatment plan and to the doctor who provided a thorough examination/cleaning. I very much recommend this dentistry!

I have had a few bad experiences as a child and adult that resulted in anxiety and fear of the dentist. Due to that, I have not stepped foot in a dental office in quite sometime, but recently had an urgent matter with a broken tooth! Just sitting in the waiting room I was on the verge of tears. I appreciate the dental assistant for giving me a few minutes before my X-rays to explain my story and express my fear. She was patient. It was a quick urgent visit with Dr Yu. I liked her, but I honestly felt a little rushed after she examined me and determined they couldn't help me today and I needed to be referred out to an oral surgeon. She mentioned the teeth that needed to come out, but never explained exactly why the one tooth I was there for couldn't be extracted by her. It was the dental assistant and the very nice gentleman when I checked out that explained it to me. I understand she may have been behind today, but I would have appreciated just a few minutes so I had a better understanding why she couldn't perform the procedure in her office.

10/10! The staff is extremely accomdating and welcoming, the entire place itself is very neat and organized! I loved how accessible and diverse the amenities were for patients to feel comfortable, very different and contemporary from many other dental places. Dr. Yu and her assistant were amazing and did an excellent job, definitely would come back again. Also loved the complimentary package given after for maintenance!

Amazing dentist! They offer tons of amenities to make your visit as comfortable as possible. They give an awesome gift box after your first appointment. I loved the ease of being able to make an appointment online.

One of the most beautiful, modern, upscale dentist you will ever step foot in. Customer service is top tier. The dentist owns her own practice and it's exceptional. I would recommend her and the staff to anybody. Glad I found them. Just to give you a little idea, I was given a lavender scented warm cloth to wash my face with after watching Netflix through my basic cleaning. There's so much more that was so unique and customer service driven but it's something you need to experience yourself.

First experience was my best experience that I ever had in my life. This was by far the most courteous and comforting dentist ever. The assistants, Dr.Yu and the front staff were so knowledgeable and very informative and also upfront! One of the best things from a dentist is being upfront. Will definitely be back and will be recommending everyone I know!
