Developer and Co-Creator of The Implant Consortium I have had the honor of training implant teams nationally as well as throughout the global dental community. I am a mindful and John Maxwell Certified coach offering coaching for implant coordinator development, virtual patient interaction and referral programs that are always inspiring, engaging, informative and high energy! I am a Fellow and a founding Certified Educator for the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries (ADIA) and was the recipient of their Educator of the Year Award in 2008. Along with others I have contributed to and co-authored several implant training manuals. My passions in dentistry include coaching practices toward effective patient connection, team harmony through discovery, case presentation as well as training referring teams of surgical practices for a better understanding of the patient connection and appreciation of the benefits of implants.
