They never attend patients on time, I been attended 1.20 minutes late. Not well organized at all. Billing problems, Mean staff.

This is my SECOND time w/ them. The ENTIRE STAFF here is awesome! They were warm , kind, explained everything in detail and made the experience a very pleasant one. This is particularly important because no one REALLY wants to go to an oral surgeon! Dr. Nielsen work effectively and efficiently while being thoughtful in his explanations of what he was performing. Thank you, Huntington Group.

I had a very impacted tooth that was causing me the worst pain in my life. All other offices told me I had to wait a month to get in to have it removed. They were able to get me in the next day between other patients. Very grateful for this practice. Also they did a great job with little pain.

I normally don't leave reviews, but I had to let people know this place is great! Anything to do with dental I FREAK OUT! I can't even express how AMAZING the WHOLE STAFF was here!! From the front desk, to the back staff and Dr. Singer! SIMPLY FANTASTIC... procedure was painless and they dealt with my anxiety to the point where I felt comfortable getting it done. 10,000 % recommend!

I had the best experience getting my wisdom tooth pulled here. Dr. Neilson is a great oral surgeon. Its evident he has been doing this a long time. Highly recommended

Made a new patient appointment for painful impacted teeth (only place i could get an appointment for a month out instead of two or three), called 3 days later because I forgot what time it was scheduled for, she told me they didn't have me in their system. Nice! Thanks for nothing a$$holes.

My wife was very anxious about having her wisdom teeth removed and her only agreement to the procedure was if she was 100% sedated and 'under' during the procedure. We were not familiar with Huntington Group but were referred there from our family dentist. My wife met with the doctor for a consultation to express her fear of the pain/procedure and stressed the importance of needing to be completely sedated - to which the doctor reassured her. Immediately following the procedure my wife was fully conscious, not loopy at all, and stated "I was fully awake the entire time. I felt and heard everything. They lied to me." She was sad, in incredible pain, and visibly traumatized. We immediately asked the staff why she was not sedated but was aware during the procedure to which the first staff stated "this is a clinic not a hospital, we do not put clients under". This was the first time we were ever told this as the doctor specifically reassured her before the surgery that she would be put under. Before we left we asked another staff the same to which she laughingly dismissed our concern with a comment about "my wife's eyes were shut during the procedure". My wife noted that she was clenching her eyes shut out of fear and feeling paralyzed, but fully aware and in pain the entire time. The day after the surgery we called the office to seek clarity on why she was reassured that she would be unconscious when in fact she was conscious and in pain, especially because we paid for sedation. The office claimed that "their anesthetic does not put clients fully under but only into a 'twilight zone' where they can hear and feel everything." This was never discussed during the consultation as we were assured she would be unconscious. The doctor was fully aware this was against what my wife was comfortable with, but never explained the experience she would undergo or recommended considering a different office that actually sedates clients. They should have clearly explained the process of how clients will be awake, aware, and in pain the entire procedure. We would not have had this procedure done here if we knew this. After the procedure I read through reviews and found multiple of the same instance - where anxious patients are misled to think they will be fully sedated. This process was incredibly disrespectful and inappropriately misleading for Huntington Group to reassure a terrified patient that she would be sedated and unconscious when in fact this clinic does not even offer that anesthesia. It was unfortunate that they value making money more than caring for their clients needs. My wife is traumatized and we will not be coming back here again. I caution anyone who is nervous about dental procedures to avoid this clinic.

I cannot write enough positive comments about the people at The Huntington Group. This is true for everyone from scheduling to insurance to billing to the medical staff. The people who make this practice work so well are 100% focused on the patient's knowledge, comfort and healing. I've had several visits with Dr. Rombach and his team over the last few years. Each time, I am amazed at how well each aspect of the procedure, the financial, the insurance and scheduling is explained. Concerning the procedure, Dr. Rombach, a highly skilled & talented surgeon, is also a wonderful teacher who is more than willing to spend all the time that is necessary to explain the procedure, as well as subsequent procedures, at the level that the patient desires & understands. Every other member of the team is equally gracious with their time and explanations. Regarding comfort: This practice diligently works to ensure the patient's physical comfort. They're also concerned that the patient has no anxiety about the day's event. During the procedure, the patient is frequently asked if her or his comfort is still acceptable. The comfort-focus works: I can't figure out how Dr. Rombach & his team completed a bone graft with absolutely no discomfort to me- using only a painless injection. The same held true for some soft tissue work on my cheek. He certainly is a gifted surgeon & his medical assistants and technicians are also quite skilled at their professions. If your wait time to be treated is a little past your scheduled time, keep in mind that the team works carefully to ensure success of every procedure and takes time to answer all patient questions. Also note that they are doing surgery. The nature of surgery is that some surgeries may take a longer than anticipated because the physician is patient focused, not clock focused. Also note that I've never waited more than, perhaps, 25 minutes past the scheduled time. The people at The Huntington Group are, indeed, 100% patient centered. Every single one of them. Every single time.

My dentist discovered a broken tooth that needed removal. The Huntington Group made the appointment immediately. The oral surgeon was informative and talked me thru the whole procedure. His assistant Lauren was kind and professional. Never expected such a pleasant and painless experience. Wow!

Being a person of color I will not go to this establishment after reading the reviews. How can you request half of down payment from the black woman and her caucasian friend was not required to put half down? I'll take my business elsewhere.

Greetings! Just wanted to write, a review regarding the impeccable patient treatment received today by Dr. Nielson and staff. I was a referral from Dr. Dabney D.D.S. for a dental extraction, a new patient. Once entering the office the check-in process was expedient and courteous. The extra care taken by Dr. Neilson was thorough and inviting for any questions I might have had. The actual procedure was thorough, quick and painless. The assisting personnel aided in ensuring I was comfortable from beginning to completion. I would highly recommend the Huntington Group Oral Surgery team, specifically Dr. Neilson, for taking such excellent care for persons in need. Thank You Mary Jonson-Beasley

Such an awesome doctor. Recently had a wisdom tooth extraction done and I was probably there a total of 20 minutes. Didn't sugar coat anything or waste my time, and I didn't feel any pain at ALL which surprised me a lot.

After many years of fearing Dental work. I finally found an amazing facility that treated me with such respect. The Doctor was awesome. No pain and took excellent care before during and after my procedure. Can't say enough wonderful things about The Huntington Group.
