Everyone there was so nice and efficient explain everything to me at my first visit and asked me on the day of my surgery questions so I would understand completely the only thing bother me for a minute is when deaden me other then that my root on was out so fast he was stitching it up didn't know it no pain later at all. He is the best dentist that I ever went to! Thanks everyone for doing your jobs with compassion at the Grand Blanc Office!

This 82 yr old had to have 2 impacted wisdom teeth removed before undergoing throat radiation treatments. I experienced the best outcome one could possibly wish for. Dr. Muller explain everything, put me at complete ease and thoroughly explained what to expect post op. Staff were extremely understanding, competent, compassionate and experienced. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GROUP.

Just got my wisdom teeth surgery I woke up during my procedure begging them to put me more to sleep I could feel everything when they refused I refused for them to continue they were holding me down and everything that's when I had a full blown panic attack and they told me to just leave. After that it was a blur I couldn't stand at all and they brought me out to the lobby allowing me to fall and my boyfriend picked me up off the floor mind you he told me this cuz I was out of it. They did not give me any aftercare paperwork or explained if they actually took out a tooth and closed it up. They told me to leave or they'd call the COPS on me. I had to call my regular dentist to find out what was going. Now I have to go through this procedure again at a different place to remove my last tooth and I don't even know if I can do it because I am severely traumatized. I've been out under before for my bottom wisdom teeth and other procedures and NEVER had anything happen like this. I always have loved dentists and enjoyed going to my appointments but I don't think will ever feel that way again.

I scheduled this dental consultation appt a hour drive away due to availability. My appointment was at 2:45pm. I arrived at 2:50pm. The young lady at the front desk asked if I completed paper work online; before I could answer she said' "no you didn't because someone else made your appointment". She gave me paperwork to complete. Upon completing the paperwork she stated the oral surgeon would not see me because I didn't arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. Mind you, she just implied that I wouldn't have known any information because she didn't make my appt. I asked how would I have known and that I drove an hour away to come to this visit. She then proceeded to say that the Doctor went over with another patient therefore he can't see me. So who's fault is this? Am I not given a 5 minute grace period as they told me my appt was at 2:45pm not 2:30pm. This was poor customer service and non empathetic since it was obvious no one gave me a 2:30pm appointment. I am very displeased with the service and excuse for not seeing me.

I could cry this place was so phenomenal. I walked in a huge ball of nerves, they calmed me right from the start. Doc was incredible, really calmed my nerves. He explained the entire procedure, and I ended up choosing the laughing gas. I had balled up some paper towel to squeeze as a stress ball, and while doc is injecting me, I feel a gently hand cover my hands. It was the dental hygienist/assistant that was doing this. I swear my heart rate lowered two beats from this incredibly kind gesture. I wish I knew her name, I really wanted to let her know how much that meant to me. Procedure was quick and painless. I will always use this office for any future needs. Thanks a bunch! Side note; I was feeling pretty good off that gas, and rambled on about how much it meant to me that these guys were nice lol.

Expensive, but worth the price. Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed earlier today. Despite being incredibly anxious, Dr Nielson walked me through every step and before I knew it, it was lights out and I was sent home. Stitching was done well and I got to keep my wisdom teeth as a souvenir upon request. With the pain medication prescribed, discomfort is very manageable so far. Would come here again for my oral surgery needs.

Terrible experience! I would never recommend this place especially if you're a POC (Person Of Color)! First I was told by Kathy to even book an appointment for my wisdom teeth surgery, I had to pay 1/2 upfront to reserve the appointment. I was referred by one of my friends who happens to be white, and she told me she wasn't required to pay any money to book her appointment and in fact only had to pay day of surgery. They didn't even ask her about a payment upfront. I followed up with the office to ask about their policy, and Kathy told me "well we just like to have some sort of money down"... so what happened to ABSOLUTELY NEEDING 1/2? I canceled immediately because I didn't trust them doing my surgery. Then they wouldn't even send my x-rays to my new oral surgeon's office and kept giving different excuses why they couldn't send them over, these people are SHADY! Response to owner: When the x-rays were requested this morning, myself and the office staff were given the run around and several reasons why I couldn't get access to them. So I had to pay for new x-rays thanks to you guys. Also, you should inform Kathy that trying to bully me into taking my review down is not the way to get someone to change their negative opinion on your establishment.

3 of my kids have gotten their wisdom teeth out in last 2 years.lol The office staff has always been very kind and helpful! The doctors amazing! My 15 year old has autism and I spoke to the nurse and doctor before hand to let them know and the doctor came out and talked to my son and let him know everything that will happen and was so nice. The staff was amazing with him too.

I called here for my boyfriend who had a broken jaw & broken teeth & Dr. Nielsen and his staff got him in that very same day. He and his staff were amazing. He was able to squeeze him in and do an extraction that same day. Later on in the night I had questions and called their office's after hours answering system and Dr. Nielsen got ahold of me himself within 20 minutes to help answer all of my questions & reassured me that he is there if we need anything else. He went above and beyond for my boyfriend and that really means a lot. I would recommend him to anyone needing oral surgery. Very impressed with him and his staff!

Dr.Nielson and his staff were all EXCEPTIONAL. I had my first ever extraction of a tooth, never had a numbing shot and was INCREDIBLY nervous. The doctor was very patient, but also very to the point and matter of fact, which put me at ease. The communication through the whole process by the Dr and staff was amazing. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, kept very comfortable and minimal pain. I will be using them again, and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you Dr. Nielson and team!!

I had some wisdom teeth removed, which I was very nervous about. I had never had any sedation before, and the thought of not being fully alert bothered me. Dr Nielsen was reassuring , and I trusted his judgement. Everything went well, and I don't remember most of the procedure. It was very quick, maybe 30 min from the time I laid back in the chair. So far my pain has not been as bad as I expected it would, which I am happy about.

I had a bad experience with my last oral surgery at a different place so I went in with a ton of anxiety. Dr Muller was so nice and kind. He remembered me even though my consult was ten months before my surgery. He genuinely cared about me as a patient and made me feel comfortable even when I was scared. I would definitely recommend this place. The pricing was straight forward. I was able to pay for my whole impacted canine surgery and the sedation by donating plasma. I wouldn't change a thing about my experience.
