Dr. Scimone graduated first in her dental school class at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2011. After graduation, she continued her training and education by completing a one year advanced residency program at the VA hospital in San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Scimone has been practicing in the St. Louis area for years. She is passionate about dentistry and providing the best care for her patients. In fact, she enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and approaches her patients in a caring and compassionate manner. She brings with her a wide variety of services including Invisalign orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery and preventative dental care.
Dr. Scimone attends many continuing education courses to stay current with the latest techniques and technology in dentistry. She has been recognized by her peers as a St. Louis Top Dentist for the past several years. She is also member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Missouri Dental Association and the Greater St. Louis Dental Society and Spear Study Club.
Dr. Fitzpatrick grew up in Wisconsin surrounded by dentistry. Her first job was at her fathers dental practice filing records, back in the days of paper charts! She was graduated from the University of Notre Dame and Marquette University School of Dentistry, following her father and grandfather before her.
After graduation, Dr. Fitzpatrick completed a one-year post-graduate residency (AEGD) and then served in the US Air Force Dental Corps. Her Air Force career took her to Washington, DC, and Charleston, SC before her final assignment at Scott AFB. She separated from the Air Force as a Major, with an honorable discharge. This final stop brought Dr. Fitzpatrick to Saint Louis Hills. She loves being a part of the team at The Hills Dental Care!
I am a registered dental hygienist and have been in dentistry for over 35 years and in practice with Dr. Scimone since 2018. 10 years of my dental experience was in a periodontal practice treating patients with more advanced gum disease. I love The Hills Dental Care for the high quality and preventative care that we provide every patient. I enjoy teaching patients about their dental health and how it related to their overall health.
I am a St. Louis native and all 3 of my children went to different high schools here (such a St. Louis thing ). I love spending free time with my kids and am passionate about exercise. In my spare time, I train for triathlons by swimming, cycling, and running and am a board member of my triathlon club.
I am a registered dental hygienist and have worked in dentistry for over 10 years. My favorite part about being a hygienist is connecting with my patients and having an opportunity to help each of them reach their goals for health. I believe oral health is a big part of caring for overall health. I love being able to provide education and care for my patients general health and well-being.

As a child, I had my fair share of dental trauma and bad experiences with dentists. I prayed for a beautiful smile. On my journey to repair my smile, I decided to pursue a career in dentistry. I vowed to help others overcome their dental challenges and fears. I wanted to help make a difference. I have more than 25 years of experience with extensive training in both administrative and clinical. I am proud to be a part of a phenomenal team that is making a difference in our patients lives by providing excellent education and dental care.
I have been around dentistry all my life. My father and brother are dentists. So, it seemed only natural to be a part of the dental field. I have been a part of The Hills Dental Care team since 2018. Helping our patients achieve their dental goals is extremely fulfilling and something I take great pride in; I believe everyone deserves a beautiful smile.
In my free time, my husband and I enjoy hiking, entertaining friends and family, traveling, reading and relaxing. Our kids are grown, so now we have Buddy and Lucy (our dogs) at home to keep us in line.

This review is overdue but these people are ANGELS. I hated my smile my entire life & vowed to get my teeth fixed. These people are so kind and amazing at what they do, from reception to Dr. Scimone. What really set The Hills apart for me was that they knew how badly I wanted my teeth done (I got crowns) but they helped me understand I needed series of appointments to ensure my teeth were healthy enough before even talking cosmetics. Then once that was over, I got a new smile. And let me tell you!! This place is SPECIAL.

The Hills is an exceptional dental office .Dr Scimone is a skilled wonderful dentist. The staff is very friendly and caring. My hygienist Jaime Cardwell made my visit pleasant and enjoyable. I highly recommend the Hills Dental Care.

It was a semi-annual teeth cleaning with the annual x-rays then was examined by Dr. Fitzpatrick. Was treated with respect and friendliness.

As someone who has always been very scared of the dentist - I could not be more comfortable at The Hills. Everyone on staff is so kind and genuinely cares so much about your comfort and helping you take care of your teeth! They are professional and non-judgmental. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

It pains me to say this, but with my extensive experience with periodontists, scaling and gum surgery, this was the briefest scaling experience ever with surface tartar remaining, so I don't have much confidence in the deep cleaning portion.

I have been going to Dr. Scimone for the last 8 years or so. My teeth were in rough shape when I showed up, but that soon changed. Her and her hygienist's are always so pleasant, approachable and willing to spend extra time educating about dental health. The office staff is awesome too, Krystal and Gena are always so helpful with scheduling and billing issues. I 100% recommend coming here you won't regret it. I can honestly say I like going to the dentist now, which I couldn't say 8 years ago. I also need to give a special shoutout to Donna my hygienist today, thank you for your superb care and expertise today!

This was my 1st time at this office. Everyone was so nice and the dentist is even nicer. I had a family emergency the day I was there and these girls couldn't have been anymore nicer and supportive . I will definitely be keeping this dentist office as my new dentist.

My experience was amazing. They was nice and caring. I have always have anxiety going to any dentist, but my hygienist was wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable. And the Doctor was wonderful, easy to talk to and she made she i understood everything she said.. I am so excited for my journey with them..

Very clean, very friendly staff. Only drawback was the water vacuum. It seemed a little strong, bruising my lips. I've been there several times before and it didn't seem to be a problem then. Perhaps a different machine.

Wonderful experience. Going to the dentist has always been the easiest way to kick my anxiety into overdrive. Everyone here is super nice, straightforward, and helpful. They knew I was on edge and were very accommodating. This is my new dentist's office for sure!

Broke my tooth eating ice. Call them 6:45 in the morning, they called me by 7:00 the same morning asking if I could get there by 8:45 the same morning.The fastest response ever! The staff is so sweet and Caring. When Dr. Fritzpatride came in to see me she told me to go see the Oral surgeons across the street she had already talked to them about everything that was wrong and all I had to do was okay the appointment she set up everything. I Literally had no worries! I would recommend her and her staff anytime! P.S. My first time ever being there! But it want be the last. Thank you guys again! This was from a year ago did not post it. But had a Appointment today for a cleaning still having results.

Unprofessional. Inconsiderate to patients needs. Contributions to global warming and landfill over flow with the flyers they mail, not all insurance provider coverage accepted. This service is unacceptable in a civilized society. Good luck to anyone that has to pay for this experience. Phoney!!
