I had to go in 2 separate times to just get my teeth cleaned. The doctors weren't available both times I was scheduled to get fillings so I still need to get them done. Other than that the staff are nice but that's really the only good thing I can say.

He seemed cold and like he really was over it. I don't know but dental work cost a lot and bedside manner is important. It was like I had to tell him what to do rather than he suggest as the professional. I went alone before bringing my kids and I know this is not a good fit. The hygienist was nice though.

Dr Hamptom seemed fine, however if you have anxiety about dental care, this hygienist is probably not for you

Dr. Hampton is gentle and cares for people, unfortunately his office staff stays confused especially since the doctor was out on medical leave. The front staff do not communicate with the doctor or his recommendations and can be very short with patients. It is extremely difficult to get your calls and e-mails answered or returned, many times it will take you calling 3 to 4 times and never ask to speak directly to Dr. Hampton because that will not happen. I have been a patient for over 10 years and as of 2 weeks ago I choose to find a new dentist. I am sad to move on however the way I was spoken to by Rochelle and Bailey refusing to have Dr. Hampton call me, I was done. If at all possible have Dr. Hampton himself create and discuss your treatment plan because the office staff will schedule you for something different that was never discussed with the doctor.

I liked Dr Tetali immensely, she communicated clearly and seemed very competent. I made the initial appointment and was advised a deep scaling and tiny filing needed to be done, close to a couple of grand. I advised the office both on making my appointment and the day of, that I'd need nitrous. The dentist is pregnant and cannot be around nitrous but I was informed by Dr. Tetali herself that she would turn it on while the hygienist worked but off for her part to fill a small cavity that would take "10 minutes to fill". This was fine with me and an appointment was made to return. The day of the appointment, (1:15 not 8am) after clearing my afternoon and taking an antibiotic premed, the hygienist seemed a little dodgy about the nitrous; first her excuse was that the dentist was pregnant and couldn't be around it. I told her the plan from my previous visit and she left the room. Turns out that the hygienist found out she may be pregnant and decided not to tell anyone...till now. I cleared my afternoon, pointlessly took 2000mg of antibiotic, and never received the courtesy of a phone call to cancel my appointment. The deceptive behavior of the hygienist was not only unacceptable and unprofessional but wholly unethical.

Dr. Hampton is the best! Very gentle with root canals, cavities and caps. His staff is very caring.

Spent thousands on clear correct trays w/ Hamptons dental and honestly wish I hadn't. After tons of issues in the beginning, I stopped wearing my trays and essentially gave up. Dental hygienists didn't realize I had some plaque build up beneath one of my incisors. It took a completely different dentist to catch this. The staff were very quick to defend themselves and at no point was a refund offered.

I've been going to Dr Hampton for a fee years now and I like going to his office. Everyone is always very friendly, wait times are not extremely long, they help with advice on what's good for your smile and your budget!! Definitely recommend them

Went this place with dental cleaning and x-ray voucher. After doing X-Ray, they told me that I need deep cleaning. I told them I will come back for that but I just need Teeth Cleaning. They just did some polishing and told me that teeth cleaning could only be done when they do deep cleaning. Seriously, if you don't want to do teeth cleaning, why you mention dental cleaning in the voucher. I just waste my money for just X-Ray. Just giving 1 star for being friendly staff.

Supreme customer service!!! Dr. Hampton is very knowledgeable on all aspects of dentistry and he has a superb bedside manner. If you are looking for a dentist I would highly recommend his practice. I will be returning soon!!

Dr. Hampton and his staff are extremely friendly, kind and exceptionally great at their jobs! The dentist is not a fun place to be but they do their best to make you feel at home. Every time I go, my experience is positive from beginning to end. Also, they are very understanding of your needs even financially! You can tell it's not just about the money with Dr. Hampton! This is the best dentist you will find I am 100% sure!

I don't trust this dentist. I had two unnecessary fillings performed and he told me a crown was needed on one tooth. Fortunately I was wise enough to get a reputable second opinion. Poor work and poor ethics were my experience.

Dr. Hampton and team is amazingly knowledgeable and provide the BEST care for all patients. The doctor and the team strives to get the best results, if you have concerns they will take the time to listen and come up with a plan and execute. Due to this team doing such a great job getting me the best smile, I will never look elsewhere.
