I recently switched to this office after my dentist closed his practice. I have now experienced 2 cleanings and my wife has done one. The people working in the office are all very professional, pleasant to deal with and the equipment very modern. The dentist is also great and comes in to do an exam at each cleaning. If you like to be distracted while having your teeth cleaned, they have a TV screen on the ceiling and will tune in to your favorite Netflix program.

Mary just did the most amazing, thorough, best cleaning I've ever had!!! They have state of the art equipment and offer weekend appts. Joyce at the front is super sweet!!

My family has been at the Grove Family Dentistry for over a year and we have had a great experience there. It's extremely clean and the entire staff is wonderful. Our kids love being able to watch a little show during their treatments. And they also offer a dental membership which was better than dental insurance, for our needs. We highly recommend going to see Dr Truong.

I expected a lot of pain since I had 3 deep cavities to fill. I was happy with my previous dentist for years, but they moved to an office that was not wheelchair accessible and cut back their hours. This was the best experience. They went out of the way to make me comfortable, and I almost fell asleep in the chair.

Edited on 8/1/22- I Do Not Recommend. The Grove Dr. Trung and his staff completely turned on me after being one of his 1st pt, at this practice, and receiving services for several years and referring several family members and colleagues. Dr. Trung and his receptionist Joyce were extremely rude to me. Dr Trung later called me and refused further services and his reasoning was, "It's because of the way you are. It's just how you are." I wasn't sure what that meant and he refused to elaborate. I felt discriminated against and kicked to the curb for a potentially higher paying pt (due to this occurring after the COVID 19 shutdown). During each service I always pay in full upfront. Two months later, I received a $50 bill. I'd Dr Trung and Joyce suddenly turned on me, they may do the same to you. ---- Original review: Victor Truong, DDS and his staff are GREAT! Very welcoming, personable, and friendly!! I don't have one complaint. The service is amazing the location sits in the beautiful hills of Clayton, not too far from the local golf course and a farm of Lamas..The drive to his office was serene, much like the atmosphere of the dental office. The dental office is child and adolescent friendly!!! There are computers available for use along with free wifi! There an is area with flatscreen televisions and gaming systems with some of the latest video games. There was even a small toddler kitchenette with all the works to keep the little ones occupied. There are some awesome reads on the the various table tops! I actually wrote a couple of the titles down to pick up for home recreational reading. Decor: The entire office is beautifully decorated with art work of local scenery by local artist! What a perfect touch!! The Dental Work: Dr. Truong added the perfect touch to create the perfect office environment and he did just the same with his dental work! He has perfected his craft and is GREAT at what he does (you see, sense and feel his passion for his work!) from the beginning to the end. He is thorough in his work and has the perfect touch (not to gental and not to rough). He walked me through everything he and his staff were doing, I felt so comfortable and at home that much of the anxiety that I normally feel at a dental office was nonexistent! Pricing: Wow!!! Sums it all up! I have Delta Dental and have been on the hunt for the perfect dentist who I felt wasn't trying to make it rich off of my pearly whites, for several years now! I have found what I have been seeking and plan to Stay! My out of pocket portion was significantly less than what my previous two dentist quoted me. I had a feeling that some of the quotes were a bit excessive for both my dental provider and myself. Dr. Truong uses the latest technology & equipment with the latest in materials and both my portion and my providers portion wasn't nearly as much as the past two dentist quoted me. I am simply amazed, I even got a referral to a great oral surgeon who was just as welcoming, friendly and personable. One thing I noticed is that while the radio was playing while I was in the dental chair, the artist mentioned something about sex and the hygienest changed the song/station, just out of an abundance of caution for the customer. Although I was okay with that lyrics, I appreciated the gesture, because you never know how your customer may feel about things of that nature. I AM 100% SATISFIED with the customer service, environment, dental work, staff, dentist, pricing and overall experience. Let me just say this review says a lot! I can be hard to please, due to being a germaphobe and very particular. I will definitely be going to this dentist in the future and I fully recommend The Grove Dentistry to any individual and/family interested! You will not regret bringing your business here!

Everyone was very kind and accommodating when I called on a Saturday morning with a tooth ache. Joyce squeezed me into the schedule, informed me of all costs. The doctor clearly showed me what was going on with my tooth and best ways to proceed. It was a pleasant experience even thou I was in pain.

Grove Fam Dentistry is excellent! While there is no such thing as "pleasant, enjoyable" dentist work, these guys are about as close as possible to that. I had an old filling replaced yesterday, and it was 99.99% painless. And the recovery time before I could eat and drink what I wanted was short. Basically, when jaw is no longer numb (for me maybe 90 minutes), I could do everything normally. They have a yearly plan that lowers the overall prices nicely, too. And its discounts kick in quickly, unlike the painfully slow traditional insurance plans that don't really do much to lower prices for at least several years of overly high payments.

Couldn't ask for a better dentist. Everyone is super nice, the office is immaculate and Dr. Truong is the finest dentist we've ever had as a family.
