Staff was rude. No organization at front desk on paperwork, nor on phone calls for premedication. Very unprofessional. They lost a new client that day.

They called the day of my appointment to say they've been trying to get ahold of me to reschedule. (No one had tried to get ahold of me. I have caller Id and email records.) They said they wee short staffed. This was 1 hour before the appointment, but no worries. The next day is fine. So then they call me back an hour later to say there was a cancelation, and I could come in, still the day of the original appointment. Sure, let's get it done. However, when I got there, it turns out they'd double.booked. I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes until finally I got up and walked out. I have to work. That's why appointments are made for certain times so you can work around these these things. I have yet to call my insurance to see if they charged them for doing nothing, but I was prompted to write this review through email, so something tells me they have. If you're short staffed I can reschedule, but it's pretty underhanded to try to cram in appointments you can't complete for the sake.of a.buck. The last time I tried to make an appointment at this dentist, it took about 4 tries for them to get me in and when the day finally arrived I also had to wait for the next hour to get into the office. The dentist and hygienists are fine, but for the scheduling system I will not be coming back here. They burned me twice and it won't happen again.

Amazing place. Nicest dentist I've ever seen and all around a great atmosphere. I can't stress enough how nice and professional and compassionate the dentist is. They don't take my insurance so it's all cash, but I still plan on returning there for any work that I need done. I highly recommend Graceful Smile Dental, you can't go wrong with them. 5 stars all the way around!

I have had both regularly scheduled checkups with Dr. Naser as well as an emergency visit for a broken tooth, and in both instances she has given me wonderful care. I highly recommend her practice.

The dentist brushed off my concerns and didn't give me respect because I refused a set of x-rays. She spoke to my child as if she were a toddler, in a baby voice asking intrusive questions. I would absolutely not recommend this office, especially for children.

Cleaned by the assistant (Jennifer). Everything was great with her. Explained cracked tooth, older filings need replacement. Dentist comes in (not sure her name), takes a look at X-rays for less than 30 seconds.....ok you need braces. What?! This was not at all brought up. Explained they won't do anything until braces are put on and fix an issue no dentist has ever seen. 39 years, never told I need braces. Top of that, they don't do them there, had to go to another location. So 3 weeks later I find out what my insurance covers....no thanks. I'll never be back. To all reading this, if you ever been to a dentist that adds on all services since insurance covers them, just leave, this place is the same.

Very nice staff. I always had anxiety from the dentist. I made them aware of it and they always make me feel calm while being here.

Excellent and EXTREMELY qualified professionals. Dina is one of the best dentist I've had in the 40 years of going to dentists. They listen, understand, advise, and do excellent work. Highly recommended.

Cold is not a word you would use to describe the graceful smile dental, not the staff, nor the chairs,or even the toilet seats. At the graceful smile you don't get a dentist. You get an entire staff dedicated to your face! Let me explain...... First of all there is Dr Sarah Alnaimi ( go ahead and call her Doc...we all do.) She is an amazing dentist. She is gental, warm, and a bit of a perfectionist. (How we got blessed with her I'll never know.) She is supported by Kelly who is my Dental Assistant/ therapist. When you are getting the smile that you want, but don't have yet, it can be difficult and painful for you. The Dental Assistants at the graceful smile know this and are there for you. Finally, there are the women behind the counter...... Have you ever had to discuss financial difficulty regarding an expensive procedure to a college student that only reads you policy? That is cold. That is cold because sometimes the dentist has to meet you part way. The Graceful Smile is not like that. The women behind the counter are knowledgeable and supportive and deal with you staright and honest. I've been a patient with the Graceful Smile Dental since 2018. I've undergone some of the most expensive and painful procedures. This is my experience.

Everyone was very friendly and professional, and the appointment itself was an efficient as possible. The covid procedures put in place helped ease my mind and made me feel safe during the appointment.
