Dr. Marta Ostromecki grew up in New Jersey before moving to Wisconsin in her late adolescent years. She returned to the east coast to attend The George Washington University in Washington D.C., where she received her Bachelor of Science and graduated with Special Honors in Biology.
Dr. Ostromecki graduated from the University of the West Indies School of Dentistry in Trinidad & Tobago with honors. Following graduation, Dr. Ostromecki returned to the Midwest to be closer to family and friends. After completing U.S. national and regional dental boards, she attended the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Dr. Ostromecki had advanced training in oral surgery, fixed and removable prosthodontics and root canal therapy. She went on to complete a second year Post-Graduate Fellowship in General Dentistry, where she served as a clinical assistant supervising dental students in the general and emergency clinics.
A graduate of Marquettes School of Dentistry, he belongs to the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association and the Greater Milwaukee Dental Association and, on top of that, he still enjoys taking continuing education courses to better serve his patients.
Dr. Max has a passion for giving back and continues his efforts to help those in need of dental care by spending time each in Guatemala and Wisconsin providing pro-bono service to under served communities.
My favorite thing about working at The Good Dentist is the amount of laughter you hear while at work. Its sometimes uncommon to have laughter and healthcare mix and TGD really does have a positive and upbeat attitude about it. Laughter is the best medicine!
About a year after we got married, Susan and I decided we would never again cook on a Friday night after a long week of work. Even if we only made PB and J sandwiches, Friday after we were both done seeing patients was all about unplugging and spending time together!
Jill brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare, with the last 10 being focused on operations and management in direct primary medical care with experiences leading teams across multiple clinics and multiple states.
Jills leadership style is very much we / team oriented and she finds the most important parts of a healthcare organization are the people impacting the lives of the patients who choose us over other dental options. Jill finds supreme satisfaction in optimizing teams and also assisting in the professional growth journeys of coworkers across the group.
Outside of work Jill is passionate about travel, most recently jetting off to Paris. Jill has also traveled to the Dominican Republic to serve on medical mission trips. Her role was organizing and coordinating the medical mission trips while also coincidentally launching a dental component of the experience to round out health care offered to individuals in the DR in serious need! When shes at home Jill enjoys journaling, keeping up with her dogs, and lives in the Waukesha area.

Dr. Ostromecki is willing to practice fraudulent dentistry. She told me that I needed $2700 worth of cavities filled asap, no nuances, my mouth is a wreck. I had my suspicions because I have no gingivitis or sensitivity, and because of her pushiness and lack of details, so I got a second opinion from another dentist --- no cavities. Not one. I know that dentists can have different opinions but this is too different. I'm glad I listened to my gut here. She was looking to make an easy buck at the expense of drilling unnecessary holes in my teeth. I was an easy target because I hadnt been to the dentist in a while. Unethical dentistry. Ask for proof in xrays and second opinions. I hope this serves as a warning to future clients and to Dr. Ostromecki. I don't appreciate you trying to scam me.

My first appointment as a new patient was a great experience! When my dentist retired I was looking for a provider closer to home and I am so glad I found the Good Dentist. Now in a brand new beautiful building with top notch equipment. The staff is efficient and friendly too. I look forward to many years with Dr. Ostromecki.

Honestly- BEST experience at the dentist and I personally do not like going to the dentist. My teeth have never looked or felt this clean after any cleaning I've had in my short 32 years of life. Definitely recommend going here!

I have severe dental anxiety so I made a virtual appointment first. I was very impressed, Dr. Max took the time to answer all of my questions and listen to me. He never rushed me! Before the call ended he personally scheduled my appointment the next day and told me what to expect. Today I met Dr. Ostromecki who did the same. She has made me hopeful and excited to get my teeth fixed which has never been the case. I will update with results.

The new office space is extremely clean, and they were prompt with my appointment time. My hygienist, Melissa, was very thorough and nice, and my dentist, Dr. Ostromecki, was efficient and helpful as well. Overall, I had a positive experience, which is comforting to say considering how nervous I get when having to go in for a check-up. 10/10 recommend the Good Dentist and Melissa and Dr. Ostromecki.

This was my first time here. I thought the team was great. They have technology I have not experienced at other dentists. I plan to return. My only concern was the openness of the space. While sitting in lobby, I could hear the entire discussion with the patient in the first room. It felt a bit intrusive. I was then put in same room and became hyper sensitive to anything I talked about since I knew others could clearly hear.

Beautiful brand new location with state of the art equipment, very welcoming feel with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent experience and probably one of the best cleanings I have had thus far.

This place is amazing! The office is very clean with a layout and design that is aesthetically pleasing. The entire staff is super nice and friendly and Dr. Ostromecki is very professional with a calming demeanor! I actually look forward to coming back!

I woke up at 4 AM this morning with the worst tooth pain of my life. My tooth was throbbing uncontrollably, swollen, and extremely sensitive to the touch. I reached out to The Good Dentist after a quick google search for emergency dental help. Dr. Max promptly responded to my voicemail with a professional text at 4 AM!!! Within minutes he gauged the situation, gave me his professional opinion and was able to get the ball rolling for the expedited care I needed. I woke up feeling a tremendous amount of anxiety and fear for what was going on with my tooth but thanks to Dr. Max I felt instant reassurance and trust. I felt taken care of instantly. Based upon professionalism, character, integrity, and honesty alone, I would without a doubt recommend this place, especially Dr. Max. Most of healthcare nowadays makes you feel like a product or a number in an assembly line. A lot of businesses care more about the money than the human being in front of them however, I can say with certainty that this is NOT one of those places. The Good Dentist truly puts quality care FIRST. Thank you Dr. Max!
