Inspired to pursue dentistry by his father who was an orthodontist, Dr. Steven Goldberg served proudly as a general dentist in the US Army Dental Corps, before making the choice to call Augusta his home.
So, after practicing independently for 35 years, Dr. Steven welcomed his son into the practice as a partner. The father and son duo worked side by side, complementing one anothers skills and collaborating on patient treatment plans.
You could say Dr. Adam Goldberg is a homegrown dentist. He always viewed working in the dental field as a way of carrying on the torch by becoming a third-generation dentist and as a means of satisfying his interest in business, which he began to notice at the age of 5.
At that age, Dr. Goldbergs neighbor was vice president of the company that made Solo cups. He would go to the neighbors house and watch the nightly business report, sparking his interest in the business world.
Dr. Goldberg went to the University of Georgia as a business major, but eventually switched to biology and went on to graduate from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. Being a dentist has provided him an opportunity to own a business while carrying on the dental practice founded by his father.
Dr. Goldbergs treatments include comprehensive dental treatments like periodontal cleanings, partials, crowns, Invisalign orthodontics, and dental implants. Dr. Goldberg also uses Smile-Vision, a cosmetic imaging system that shows our patients how their smiles would appear after cosmetic dental treatments.

I went in for my first appointment today as a new patient. It was very easy scheduling an appointment and they got me in quickly. The lady at the front desk already knew who I was without me ever introducing myself and without ever meeting me prior. The staff here are PHENOMENAL and so is Dr. Goldberg. Everyone was so nice and helpful, felt like I knew them my entire life. I felt comfortable and in good hands. Excited to start the journey of restoring my smile with this practice.

Amazing established dental practice!!! My family and I have been going here for years!!! I had to change dentists due to an insurance change. When I found they were a provider on my list again, I felt like I won the lottery!!!!!!!

Fantastic Family Dentist. Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional. Dr Adam Goldberg has been my dentist for several years now and I'm grateful to have found him. My dentist retired and Dr Goldberg was recommended to me. I feel they care very much about me as the patient and the quality of the work they perform. A good dentist is he's to find... I highly recommend Dr Goldberg and his staff.

I have nothing but great things to say about my whole experience here. Wonderful staff and doctors with excellent customer service. They specifically made me feel at ease, and I have always previously been nervous at the dentist. As a new client wth a dental emergency, they worked me in the same day and fixed my problem. I am excited about my follow up with them as they will be my routine dentists from now forward. Thank you!

This has to be the best dentist office in Augusta and the staff is out of this world!!!!! I would recommend The Goldberg group for all of your dental needs and if they did stand up comedy there, I would also say go and get a good laugh!! They really bring the best out of me every time I go there...It's always a joy and I am glad I found them!!!

If you're looking for a fantastic dental experience, look no further! Friendly, knowledgeable, and well trained staff. Great communication concerning care and comfort from the dentists and their support staff. Little to no wait in the waiting area for appointments. Love this dental group!

Absolutely the BEST dental clinic I have EVER been to! My hygienist (Amie I think her name was) hands down AMAZING!!!! And Dr. Goldberg was very good! Both super informative and GREAT attitudes If you are looking for a new dental office.... this is definitely your place. Oh my goodness I can't forget about the front desk staff, they are so very nice!! LOVE THEM!!!

Great customer service and staff was more than willing to go out of their way to accommodate spouse when her wisdom teeth were bothering her. Office and waiting area were very nice, updated, and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of dental care. They take Tricare so they are very military friendly.
