Lisa has been with The Gentle Dentist since 2001. We just celebrated her 20 year mark and we are so thankful to have her! Lisa is frequently requested by our patients for her throughness and wonferful chairside manner! She graduated from The Ohio State University and has also taught dental hygiene at OSU as well. Lisa lives with her husband Kyle, daughter Grace and son Gavin in Worthington Hills.

Allie is from Ashville, Ohio and received her dental hygiene degree from West Liberty University. Allie enjoys spending time with friends and family. When Allie is not working, you can find her at a hot yoga or spinning class! Allie is passionate about connecting with her patients and providing quality, gentle care!

Heather was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio! She received her dental hygiene degree from Columbus State Community College and was top in her class! Heather enjoys cooking, gardening, camping and relaxing with her husband. Heather is known for making her patients feel comfortable in the dental chair and giving them confidence to show their best smile.

As a child, Taylor loved going to the dentist. These experiences motivated her to pursue a career in dental hygiene and to choose a practice dedicated to making dental visits enjoyable for patients of all ages. Taylor graduated from Youngstown State with her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. In her free time, she enjoys playing catch with her chocolate lab, Sadie, and staying fit by practicing yoga and attending spinning classes.

Nancy has been in the dental field for over 30 years. She became friends with Dr. Coulman when he worked at the OSU Health Center. Nancy retired from OSU to become the nanny for Dr. Baker 's twins. Now, she is the 'nanny' to our hygienists, helping them run on time 'to the nano second.'

Lauren is the youngest daughter of the founder of The Gentle Dentist, Dr. Bill Coulman. She has a BA in Communications from The Ohio State University and has completed her EFDA certification to place dental fillings from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Lauren is married to her husband Brent and has two sweet daughters, Olivia and Ella. Lauren enjoys spending time with family and going out to eat with friends!

Leland is from Dublin, Ohio and obtained his EFDA certification from The Ohio State Univerisity College of Dentistry. He is an avid huntsman and enjoys outdoor pursuits. Leland has a fun, caring attitude that puts patients at ease. Leland is recently engaged and has been with The Gentle Dentist team for over 10 years!

Jessica is originally from Westerville, Ohio. She received her Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary certification from The Ohio State University. Jessica has 4 beautiful children and enjoys boating, snowboarding and traveling with her family! She is passionate about making her patients feel comfortable and at ease!

Rachel lives in Clintonville with her husband and son. After growing up in Orange County, California, she graduated from The Ohio Sate University. She's a foodie, who loves trying out the local Short North area restaurants. Her favorite part of her job is helping to restore her patient's beautiful smiles.

Deb has been a dental assistant for over 40 years and an EFDA since 1982. She loves what she does! Deb is married with four children ranging in age from 19 to 35. In her free time she enjoys racquetball, camping (glamping!), and spending time with her children and adorable grandchildren!

Erin was born and raised in Lancaster, Ohio and received her Certified Dental Assisting Certification from Eastland-Fairfield Career Center. She is certified to place dental fillings and completed her EFDA training at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Erin is passionate about dentistry and loves working with patients. In her spare time she enjoys staying active outside and watching Ohio State Football! Go Bucks!

Allie joins our team from Zanesville, Ohio! She has her Bachelors Degree in Biology and her MBA from Ohio Dominican University. Allie is the Jack of all trades around the office and we are so happy to have her on our team! In her spare time, Allie enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Cooper and Lexi, and spending time with family on Catawba Island near Lake Erie.

Lana is a long time Dental Assistant from Marysville, where she lives with her husband of 40 years, and has one son. A graduate of the Institute of Medical and Dental technology, one of Lana's greatest assets is her ability to set nervous patients at ease.

Laura was one of our first Dental Assistants! She lives in Westerville with her husband and three crazy sons. Laura went to Marshall University and would love to live in Paris, France. She is also an Inventor! Her brainchild, OnTray, can be purchase online and in retail stores Worldwide.

Rachel is originally from Worthington, Ohio. She is a graduate of Worthington Kilbourne High school where she studied Dental Assisting. Rachel is married to her husband Richard and has an adorable son named Ryan! She is very close with her family and loves traveling.

Jane was married to the founder of The Gentle Dentist, Dr. Bill Coulman for over 26 years. Together they built the practice and Jane continues to run the business aspects of the practice. She has a Bachelors Degree from The Ohio State University and spent 15 years in sales in the computer industry before Bill graduated from dental school. Jane has two daughters, Kristen and Lauren.

Kristen is the oldest daughter of the founder of The Gentle Dentist, Dr. Bill Coulman. Kristen has a Bachelors Degree from The Ohio State University and a Law Degree from Capital University Law School. Kristen is married and has 5 beautiful children! William, three daughters, Evelyn, Georgia and JoJo and a new addition, 'Baby John'. In her spare time you can find Kristen refurbishing old furniture!

Kristina has been with The Gentle Dentist since 2008! Kristina graduated from Thomas Worthington High School and spent 3 years in Customer Service with Charles Penzone. Kristina is married and has an adorable daughter named Molly and a rough-and-tough son named Hudson. In her spare time you can find Kristina cheering on her daughter Molly on the soccer field!

Chuck is Jane Coulmans brother and is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and safe space for your familys dental care. Chuck coordinates building maintenance and strives to create the best possible family dentist environment in the Columbus area.

We are thrilled to welcome Cindi back to our practice. A 33-year dental industry veteran, Cindi worked for us in the 1990s and has now rejoined our team. She recently moved to Johnstown with her husband, and she enjoys spending time with her two grown daughters and five grandchildren. Cindi is a loyal and passionate Buckeye Football Fan!

Rachel is a long time patient of The Gentle Dentist and stared working here 4 days a week in 2010. She grew up in Worthington and was a cheerleader at TWHS. In her free time, Rachel likes playing on her iPad and spending time with family and friends.

Molly grew up in Newark and is a graduate of Ohio University. She now lives in Dublin with her husband and two son's. Molly is friendly and social by nature and very much enjoys working with and welcoming all patients to our office. She has always been an avid reader, and she loves to spend time crafting when she is not busy chasing after her boys!
