Dr. Allison Lesko and her family had always dreamed about living in Colorado, so starting a practice in Fort Collins was a perfect fit for her. Growing up in Olathe, KS, a suburb of Kansas City, she gained a fond love for BBQ and Royals Baseball. She attended Kansas State University and graduated with honors in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. While at K-State, she was a coxswain for the Kansas State Rowing Association mens crew team. Dr. Lesko earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from UMKC School of Dentistry in 2007 and completed a General Practice Residency at Truman Medical Center in 2008 which further expanded her clinical skill set. Following her residency program, Dr. Lesko joined a progressive dental office in Salina, Kansas where she practiced for 8 years.
Continued education and patient comfort are passions of Dr. Leskos. She strives to provide exceptional dentistry while creating a calming and welcoming environment. She is committed to completing at least 100 hours of dental continuing education each year and focuses primarily on regenerative procedures such as grafting, implants, cosmetics and advanced sedation techniques. She is dedicated to giving back to the underserved by participating in numerous annual local outreach events such as Give Kids a Smile and Mission of Mercy. She has provided dental care internationally, most recently to the remote communities of the Dominican Republic. Being part of the community here in Fort Collins and finding ways to do good locally is important to Dr. Lesko and her dental team. They look forwards to finding ways to make a positive impact on the community.
Dr. Lesko is active in multiple organizations and local leadership roles. She is an active member in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, American Dental Association, The Crown Council and Colorado Dental Association. Dr. Lesko was a highly active member in the Kansas Dental Association and the Salina Dental Society. She has served as the Salina Dental Society President from 2009-2016,Campaign manager for Keep Fluoride referendum campaign in 2014 and the Volunteers Co-Chairman for the 2015 Kansas Mission of Mercy. Her dedication to improving dentistry and public health have thusly earned her awards as the American Associate of Public Health Award in 2007, Crown Councils Young Dentist of the Year in 2011 and Soaring Eagle Award in 2015, Kansas Dental Associations Special Presidential Award in 2015 and Outstanding Community Leader by Oral Health Kansas in 2015. Dr. Lesko has been honored to share her experience and knowledge at multiple national dental conferences regarding her experience and strategies utilized during the Keep Fluoride campaign.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Lesko enjoys spending time with their two little girls; Lorelei and Annika. Dr. Lesko loves cooking and baking but its her family music time at the piano which is one of her most cherished moments. Youll be sure to see Dr. Lesko, Annika, and Lorelei enjoying the outdoor recreations here in Colorado. Whether its in dentistry or in her personal life, Dr. Lesko enjoys challenging herself and taking time to enjoy lifes journey and the people who share it with her.
Dr. Emily Riesgraf grew up skiing in Steamboat Colorado and has dreamed of living in Colorado ever since. She grew up in Eagan, Minnesota- a Twin Cities Suburb to an aerospace engineer and a nonprofit director in a household that valued science, mechanics, creativity and compassion. She knew she wanted to be a dentist since she was a kid, and loves that it allows her to build relationships, relieve pain, and enhance beautiful smiles.
Dr. Riesgraf received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and minor in Spanish at Marquette University in Milwaukee Wisconsin. She cherished her connections and experiences and stayed for her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Marquette University. She is passionate about being on the forefront of dental technology, systems, and materials to deliver the highest quality patient care. Dr. Riesgraf regularly attends CE and is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Colorado Dental Association, Stanley Institute of Implantology, Crown Council, and Smiles for Life.
When not practicing dentistry or taking dental continuing education courses, Dr. Riesgraf spends her time skiing, hiking, camping, and biking. If you have recommendations for local trails, shed love to hear them!
Anything outdoors & spending time with my family. I love going for long walks, hiking, kayaking, fishing on my sons boat, gardening, cooking, reading, listening to music, collecting interesting rocks that I find & eating out at favorite restaurants.
I love being outdoors on warm, sunny days gardening & listening to music, reading a good book on my back porch, kayaking or going for a walk. Spending time eating a meal with my family: talking, laughing, playing games & enjoying each others company. Simple pleasures are my favorite.
Motorcycle riding up the canyons, hiking, rock climbing, exploring new restaurants and foods, signing and playing the guitar, listening to music, exploring the mountains, and spending quality time with my loved one.

I arrived in TMJ pain in my jaw and ear. It was 24-7 pain. Tiffany was incredible in her compassion and knowledge of TMJ. Dr Lesko met with me and further diagnosed my issue. She believed me with the pain and discussed a plan to help me with a variety of options. I am so thankful to be at Fort Collins Dentist. The work they did on my husband was great! But man are they money hungry! He literally paid over 1,000 out of pocket. Owes them a couple hundred or so still, literally within a week of the work he had they send him multiple bills! Geez you would think if someone just paid you over 1k it would take them more than a few days or 1 week to get the rest of the money! Its been a little over a month now and they literally send about 3 bills a week! Never had any medical practice bill that much. Ridiculous! 3 times a week you gotta send me a bill ? Dont recommend them just for that! Also my husband had already scheduled another appointment and they had already told him how much that would be, then later they added an extra $150 even though no extra service was added..he didnt end up going. Will be using another dentist from now on.

Dr. Lesko is so thorough, creative and always comes up with solutions to my never-ending dental issues. I am so grateful to her and to her staff. I can't forget Brisket, the clinic doggy. It is such a comfort having him. I had a new crown put in, and the old one replaced. Dr. makes her own crowns in her office, no more temporary ones! I love this office!

Glad to have been referred to them and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist! I really enjoyed my first visit to The Fort Collins Dentist. The clinic is super clean, nicely decorated, and has a warm inviting feel. My hygienist Jake was really friendly and nice to visit with and did a good thorough job. Dr. Riesgraf was attentive and proactive in her care and recommendations but not pushy at all, which I appreciate! Thank you! Looking forward to my next appointment!

When an old filling broke out of a molar and left a food trap in the biting surface, Dr Emily Riesgraf of the Fort Collins Dentist was able to see me the next day and redo the filling. What a relief! I was very grateful.
