They are stealing patients credits when they overpay from their HSA accounts. We were told they were going to refund our HSA but did not. Said they would have management call us back twice and they did not. Place has went downhill bad.

Experience was well. I don't really do too well at the dentist but the people here made me feel really comfortable throughout the entire process which made it better. Definitely recommended.

This place was pretty good at one time when it was Fayetteville dental. So all of sudden I get a bill from something in 2021 and something else that really had no explanation! So I called and ask someone to explain. When I was told what was going on they were supposed to give me refund back to my account still haven't received that refund. also I asked to speak to someone else higher I was told there no management in their office. I was so surprised since Fayetteville dental had management, so I ask someone call me higher to help me understand more what the problem was. It has been 2 weeks and no one has reached out to me. My next step will be NC State Board and North Carolina Consumer Protection Division.

Great first experience! Tywana my hygienist was extremely professionally and helpful providing great tips on how to maintain healthy teeth. Savannah who did my X-rays and assisted with my cleaning was very attuned to overall patient care and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Jou was very helpful as well and explained everything to me in an easy way to understand. Lastly Jennifer at the front desk made the whole experience seamless from the start through getting my patient records, insurance, and payment information taken care of. I will 100% be continuing to use this facility because of the high quality and personable staff they employ.

They changed their name, so maybe bought out. Didn't have an issue until they canceled every appointment I made, and the rescheduled ones for a good 6 plus months becsuse they didnt have a hygenist. Going to go elsewhere. Pretty sure they changed employees too.

I really appreciate the staff at Ideal Dental..... They was so good about understanding my question and concerns that I hade today...... I will recommend any one that needs to go see a dentist.....I will tell them to go see Ideal Dental in Fayetteville.........

Great experience from the moment I walked in the door and the help that Celeste was at the front counter, too the exceptional care I received by both Kidman and Dr Jo. Great job ladies I typically don't like going to the dentist but you made it a pleasant experience.

I had no issues with the staff, even if the front desk staff came in at like 1:15 when me and a few others had appts at 1. I wasn't pressed, but that kind of set the tone for the whole experience. There's only 1 hygienist and I was not made aware that I wouldn't be getting my teeth cleaned until my 2 hr appt was almost over. All they did was x-rays and a bunch of pics and a quick visual of my teeth and it took forever. That was also after my appt was rescheduled twice. After my 1st appt, I just got my x-rays and found a dentist elsewhere. Beautiful, clean facility with nice staff, but something aint right... And also my claim was denied and I called and was told they resubmitted AND that they had received payment from insurance, but my insurance continues to say the claim was denied. It's a bunch of disorder with a very nonchalant atmosphere.

Ideal dental has been a very welcoming environment. Tywana and Savannah have been very professional, personal and have answered any questions I needed. I would recommend them to anyone. My children do not come here but we like taking them to a local pediatric office. Very friendly atmosphere.

Only complaint is the last minute appointment cancellations otherwise than that I always have a great experience and thorough examination.

They argued in front of me, nasty females. Young female dentist a joke, nasty nasty attitude. Totally disrespected black tech. Then sent her home. Just nasty.

Staff was very nice. I have a fear and hate going to the dentist but they were all very comforting. Saw Cleshia, Dr Jou, And Kishma. Will be going back.
