I would give a five star review, however my visit was a little damp around the edges. The doctor leaned on the water sprayer and my arm/sleeve got soaked. I lived! Five stars next time hopefully.

It was very pleasant meeting Mrs. Patel I had them in there laughing at me on what I was saying. Also I really loved Maria Watson the dental hygienist she is very very nice. We talked for a long time while she was cleaning my teeth. I just enjoyed talking to her she made my day she gave me a hug which I really needed. I had to leave cause I'm very emotional so I couldn't talk anymore to her. But she had told me if I need to talk to her I will make sure that I will ask the front desk if she is able. Thank you Mrs. Maria

Recently I became a client of Ideal dental. With my appointment today, I truly was helped wonderfully with care provided as well as helped informatively. The dental hygienist, Maria was just amazing and too good to be true. Her bedside manners & professionalism was outstanding. I'm grateful that my daughter suggested this dental office to my husband & me. I pray that Ideal dental continues to walk in this path to everything of their clients. I'm well pleased.

They have so much knowledge,they explain every single thing in detail. I was so impressed and this is the reason why I keep going to this place.They do a excellent job cleaning and filling tooth. However it has been a couple times the they reschedule my appointment hour without checking with me first or giving me any explanation just a text telling me the new hour of my appointment.They made sure to reschedule the same appointment five times, it was supposed to be at 9:30 a.m they changed to 11:30 a.m and then 10:30 a.m,at last minute they did call me regarding if we could change the appointment hour to 3:30 p.m. When I went to the appointment they told me I came too early to the appointment, it was 3:20 p.m, I told them that my appointment was at 3:30 p.m,they told me "your appointment is at 4:30 p.m." I was like no again,please! This kinda disappointed me.

First time visit was good; but my last visit was horrible and traumatizing. The dentist told me I was getting a Feeling done for, four of my teeth in the back; upon injected me with numbing product she tried to inject the numbing product into my tongue and told me not to scream and got upset when I told her to stop. She then told me that she had to do and persisted to continue to inject me in the tongue with the numbing product, in her referring review about me she gave false information. If you are a patient there please be very careful or switch to another dentist.

Maria is fantastic!!!!!! Myself and my daughter will only go to her moving forward. She's professional, sweet, knowledgeable, and a very understanding person. If she's great with adults I know for a fact she's amazing with children. Taj at the desk was nice and accommodating. She worked with my schedule and took the time to add something to my appointment today due to call outs. She's great at the desk. The dentist was ok and the assistant was ok as well. I love love love Maria and Taj! They are definitely keepers!

First visit at this office & I will definitely be returning and referring all of my friends and family here. Maria was awesome! She is so sweet and helpful. She made the process enjoyable and I look forward to working with her again in the future. She was very personable and just a joy to have! Thanks to the entire team!

I'm not to happy with how they price things. I went there and they took x-rays and I explained to them what I wanted done. With my insurance they said that I would have to pay $350 out of pocket. And that was with my insurance and they were in my network. I went to another dentist and they did the exact thing that I wanted Ideal dental to do and it only cost me $17 out of pocket. I'm not sure exactly what all they were charging me for, but whatever it was I was way too much.

We have been going to this office for about 4 years. We started going here after my son had a horrible experience using physical restraint at another office during an extraction. My children were traumatized before coming to this office. Now, my kids look forward going to the dentist. My daughter is even relaxed and calm about an upcoming extraction because she trusts this office. They use what we call giggle juice I'm out home when needed and that was the first question I asked when calling this office. They not only go above and beyond for their patients but they listen to the parents as well as the children. My biggest praise for this office is being very kid friendly and they advocate for the children even when the parents want to press on. They do what is best for the child to avoid the child being traumatized.

Had a root canal and crown this morning. It was actually a pleasant experience! Staff was really great and friendly. My comfort seemed to be the primary concern the whole time I was there. Definitely went better than I was expecting. Was thoroughly pleased! Thanks to everyone I dealt with.

Omg...Such a wonderful experience. A wonderful team of staff who really care about every detail and so sweet. I really had a great experience, next week will be the treatment...uggggh. I know that the staff will reassure me and make me feel comfortable.
