Dr. Jonathan Klineman is the owner/doctor of our practice and acquired the practice from Dr. David LaSalvia in late 2019. Being a good listener and having a gentle touch is paramount for Dr. Jon to assure his patients are at ease and their needs come first. He has completed additional training and certification in Advanced Dentistry at the prestigious Spear Dental Institute, specializing in front tooth and smile enhancements. Additionally, Dr. Jon has extensive training in Orthodontics for adults and children, also certified in Clear Correct, 6 Months Smile and the Rondeau Orthodontics. Other certifications include advanced techniques in Root Canal Therapy and Sleep Apnea/Snore treatments.
Dr. Jon was born in Cleveland and went to The Ohio State University College of Dentistry graduating in 1995. Dr. Jon practiced in Pittsburgh and Chicago for several years as an associate dentist. He was an adjunct instructor at the University Of Pittsburgh College of Dental Medicine.
With his wife and 3 sons, Dr. Jon enjoys RV trips and warm weather. He is a passionate fan of the Cleveland Indians and you will find him at the games throughout the season. Dr. Jon and his wife also spend hours in leadership positions of multiple non-profit organizations and together have raised millions of dollars to help Cleveland based non-profits.
Cleveland native Dr. David LaSalvia is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry, where he ranked among the top of his clinical class. For more than twenty-five years he has blended an artistic eye with excellent hand skills in order to deliver outstanding dental care to his patients.
Committed to mastering the most up-to-date procedures and equipment, Dr. Dave eagerly continues to attend numerous education courses in all aspects of dentistry. Toward this end, he has completed many courses at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, the premier postgraduate teaching center for cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry. He has been honored in the TOP DENTIST issues of Northern Ohio Live and Cleveland Magazine, for the past 7 years. This list was created through a confidential survey by professional peers.
Dr. Kurt is a North Royalton native and a 2013 graduate of The Ohio State University School of Dentistry. Afterwards, he entered the US Navy Dental Corps and started his service with deployment to Japan. He was engaged with humanitarian disaster relief in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria in 2017 and completed his service as department head aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower aircraft carrier.
Following his commitment to our country, we are happy he chose to return to the Cleveland area to serve those in our community. Our patients like that he is an approachable and talented provider who truly cares about his patients' best interests. His extensive training in several military hospitals and oral surgery settings has given him a unique skillset to provide an expanding versatility to the practice. In his time off, Dr. Kurt enjoys tennis, running, traveling, and playing the trumpet.
